Reid Handyman

purchased two condos for rental in mid 2009, had both inspectioned by professionall inspection service and everything was in good operating condition. Both sat there empty for three months and got first tenant in one unit. Tenant caalls in and states that all the appliances not working. Reid Handy men notifies me that all the appliances need to be replaced at a cost of $2,000 to me. Got a second opinion and found out that all the appliance had been sabotaged. What it looks like they were trying to do was that Reid Handy were the only ones in contact with the appliances and they would disconnect a wire to make a appliance inoperative and then they would come back and re-connect the wire and tell the tenant that they fixed the item and then would charge me for a new one.

After found appliances had been sabotaged, got second opinion and was able to fix several items. Only people to benefit was Reid Handymen who would sell new appliances but not actually, they repaired their own sabotaged items and bill me for the neww appliances

I found an apartment that I really like through there website, called them, and made an appointment to check it out later that day. There customer service skills were quite impressive and they put me in the apartment that I wanted in a little less then two days! They are also the property managers of my apartment, and have a team of helpful maintenance techs that have been nothing short of impressive. I would most definitely work with them again, and I recommend them strongly to anyone who is currently looking for a place to live.
