We are so thankful we hired Real Brick Pavers Inc. Management is professional and talented! The team in charge of demolition of previous driveway and installation of pavers were excellent. We are amazed with the quality of not only the materials installed but the workmanship. Needless to say, we are THRILLED! This driveway has improved the curb appeal of our home.

I had the company come out and lay down pavers in the backyard. The walls they created to lay the pavers were too tall and eroding. The company said they would come fix but never did. The owner led me on for months saying they will fix but did not. Would not recommend them.

Horrible costumer service! When we hired real brick pavers Kessley (owner)came out for the quote and promised the work will be completed in seven days, it's been over a month and we're still dealing with issues. They rescheduled multiple times, and ran out of excuses of why they couldn't come-out to finish the job. Eventually they showed up, and used our property as storage for three weeks. They dropped of pavers that were supposed to be for another job in our front yard in order to "save the company money on delivery fees". Well thanks to this we are being fined by the city because they left a bunch of trash in our property along with the pavers. I had contacted Kessley multiple times to please take the garbage since I didn't want any issues, my messages were read and unanswered every time. Clearly he does not care about the issues we are now facing. Also in their contract they make you sign it states "debris will be cleared" upon completion and this is a lie and breach of contract to say the least. I would of never used this company had I known the lack of professionalism & horrible experience we would encounter. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

The service took longer than promised. They left our pool full of debris. Its not grouted properly it still needs sand. They never responded. They said they will fix it but they never did. The biggest part is there are stains and markings on the tile that they said they will fix or repair but nobody contacted me.

Excellent job! This time around we needed pavers for a walk way. They did a great job! Looking forward to our next project!

We had bricks and hired them to lay them for us. Did an excellent job. Would definitely hire again. Only thing I would point out is others had included sealing in the price estimate but found out it would have been additional cost for them to do so we decided we would seal bricks ourselves. Cost (with sealing) was comparable to the other quotes we had gotten. The crew was great and the patio is level and looks awesome.

The team arrived on time and worked professionally and efficiently. They had all the materials needed + the machinery to pack the dirt before laying the pavers. They also used cement to keep the pavers from moving. Well done!

Another rating service has far more customer reviews and almost all reviews were very positive. Had trouble getting this business to pull up on your site and I like having more than one point of reference about service providers that we use. He is an A++. Price was competitive. Quality was excellent. He was very eager to please and the work crew took great pride in their work. Everything is an A. I would use them again.
