The service was done one day after the appointed, the old grass was removed, top soil was applied over the bare dirt and new grass was laid down. One sprinkler zone was misbehaving, I fixed it next morning replacing a valve gasket. Followed the recommendation from RCL to water the grass daily, since June was very hot. I adjusted sprinkler for 12 minutes each zone, since it was raining every other afternoon. After few days I noticed the yard left side of the grass was showing poor conditions and not growing as the right side and showing weeds. After two weeks the left side and several spots on the right side were really dead brown. Several different kinds of weeds. RCL was called, the representative stated several brown grass rectangles were not showing roots to the ground, and they will not recuperate needing to be replaced later. Asked me to stop sprinkler watering the grass for a week and then return to only twice a week, before RCL would take action. Eight days later, five weeks after the service was done, more than half of the grass is dead or dying. The home owner association representative that was waiting the grass service to be done told me I really need to contact RCL to fix it and ASAP since the grass applied is not good. RCL was called again, pictures were send, RCL is willing to replace the grass by a cost of $480. I told RCL the grass was replaced 3 times in the past 20 years by myself, and never died like that in less than 2 months. This is the first time I see grass dying so fast, it seems the grass was already damaged by extensive sun exposure while in the pallets, bad quality or something. I think RCL is responsible for the service and the grass installed, the job should be redone with no cost for me. I didn't seek RCL for the job, they were recommended by Angie's List. I hope this will be solved in a professional way.

The team was very accommodating as needed to move start time. They were punctual and began immediately, covering every inch of my house. They were amazing at kitchens and baths, and left little special touches here and there. The did an incredible job on removing some water stains from the shower glass enclosure and even gave me some tips on maintaining it looking great. Very professional and would definitely hire again!

They finished the job in a couple of days; we did have some rain issues. They were very responsible and professional. The owner, Paul,l was very on top of everything and checked every afternoon on how the job was going Even after the job was completed, he came by to check on the growth and made suggestions/recommendations.
