They were incredibly fast getting out to me after the storm. I’m certain this saved me from more extensive damage and mold. The drying process is loud and tedious but they had great communication (Juan) to let me know how much longer it would be and what areas were still compromised.
Description of Work: Post Irma Water Extraction services and cleanup.

Because of the amount of the water damage and mold found, it took a couple of weeks to dry everything and insure all the mold was completely removed. I was very happy with their thoroughness, communications and responsiveness throughout the entire process.
Description of Work: Quality First Builders performed all functions from project management, through water and mold removal steps.

Tried talking to John Burket about the problems and said it was between us. Well if they are not there to guarantee their sub contractors work and reputation then why are they hiring them out on innocent customers. I'm owed over 1000.00 on several jobs and was physically threatened over and over by Mark Tolla of M D Custom painting services Inc (Which by the way is not and Inc at all). They forced me to put liens on innoncent home owners and that's not fair to them. I've sent out my notice to owners and am filing the liens this next week. I feel so bad for having to do this. I really liked the home owners.
Description of Work: They hire out sub-contractors to do work for them that are mentally unstable and do no pay the sub sub contractors hired forcing them to put liens on the owners properties.

It did not go at all....
Description of Work: This company advised me that they were unable to do the job. No reason. Just not able to do it. I later found out from a company that does business with Florida Catastrophe that FLA Cat called them and told them not to take this job. Simple job...money to be made. FLA Cat just could not deal with customers that were smarter than them . Do not hire this company and definatley do not hire FLA CAT. Integrity is a fantastic trait. I would not trust this company just because they bought into another company's rejection.
