The company provided solid information when I contacted them, and the technician came on time. He was knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even put booties on to keep my floors clean! I will need to let time go by to make sure the pest control actually works (i.e. I don't see any bugs) and to see if they come for their follow-up visit in 6 months as is promised with the annual agreement. As of now, I would recommend their services.

The salesman was great and friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. The technician was also good, thorough, and friendly.

I call them the first time for ticks. The salesman explained that they could do nothing for the ticks. I bought the dog a new kind of collar and all is well. Then the ants arrived. Inside and out. Icalled again and they were here the next day. Haven't seen any since

They are usually prompt in their response and are very responsive to phone calls and issues. They are always professional, clean, and friendly, and I've been very pleased with their services.

They came promply when scheduled and gave us lots of info on how their service takes care of insect problems. They sprayed the outside and went through the inside. They were very polite and informative. Because we're new to the area and dodn't know much about what we were dealing with, their explanations as they did things were very helpful to us. They also came back about a month later when we started seeing a few things again. We then got more info on humidity and how it attracts roaches. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and polite.

The initial consultation was very informative and all our questions were answered. There were no problems with the chemical treatment itself, other than a slight odor.

We have been more than happy with their service. They have been very reliable. All the service men are nice to deal with. We are totally satisfied.. They call to remind us its time for a renewal. We call them if we have any problems and they come back right away.

I am very pleased with how the yard is looking right now.

Being a Floridian, I can tolerate a few bugs here and there.... so I procrastinated on paying for a professional exterminator. I had received a quote from ProStaff a long time ago, but never hired them. So after seeing a few too many roaches, I called them on the 22nd and they said they could honor the old quote. Their exterminator showed up the next day at the exact time he said he would be there. (Shocking but true!) There was no smell or residue after he treated inside. I believe he put bait / insecticide behind every plug outlet (by removing the face plate), treated all the nooks and crannies, etc. He also treated the outside. I was amazed at how quickly it worked. I saw one or two dazed roaches wondering around the day he treated... but I have not seen any bugs since! I am very happy with the service!

They are very good. I have a termite bond. I got a discount. They are affordable. They are always courteous when they are here. When I talk to them they are very friendly and helpful. They are dependable. They are fairly easy to deal with. I checked with other companies and they were very competitive. The quality is good. They are punctual, but they were a couple of minutes late and that was fine with me. Overall, they are usually very good. They are very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

When it comes to pest control they are the best. I have used them for a long time and they are excellent. They are a local company but I think they do a better job than a lot of the bigger outfits.

They send reminder notices and they will schedule a time and date for their visit. Normally I have the same technician. I am happy with their work because we have no bugs. They are always willing to come and fix a specific problem.

Ken came and provided both outside and inside pest control. It took him about 2 hours - he appeared to be very thorough. This was a brand new constructed home. He asked to come back out once all our furnishings and household goods were in place to spray again once more to be sure that it is properly pest controlled. I have seen no live bugs and one dead gnat, so I believe it is working!

They are reliable. They are responsive. If you call them, they usually will send someone out within a day. They are very knowledgeable and really seem to know what they are doing. They will give you tips to help keep your lawn maintained and looking nice with the addition of their treatments. They are also very professional. They always show up looking very neat and clean. We have been very happy with them.

They were prompt they came a few days after the first call. They looked things over during the estimate and made an appointment to have the first visit. This contractor came out and fertilized the lawn, and did some spot treatment on weeds.

We received a card in the mail reminding us to schedule the appointment. The representative was on time, personable, and professional. He completed his inspection and was gone within the hour. He even took a few extra minutes to look over a tree which had fallen in our backyard and make sure it showed no termite damage.

I've been with them for a full year and I have been very impressed. The tech that I have is very knowledgeable. Another thing I like is that they'll call the day ahead of time to tell you that the tech will be out tomorrow as a reminder. Last but now least, they always leave you a written report about what they've found. I like that. There's no extra charge for those reports.

Not well, KEN is very non customer service responsive.

In the beginning my lawn did begin to look healthier. However, in the past few months it has taken a significant decline. I have several brown patches and many patches of weeds. They've sent their supervisor out at least once and all they say is that this is Florida and they are doing their best and seem to believe that it's out of their hands.

We have a contract with them because we liked their work. They're good. They come out and discuss what they can do, can't do, and should do. They're very professional.

I have been with them for several years and renew annually. Courteous and punctual. Lawn is generally attractive as a result of their work.

Bob, rick and his group are always outstanding professionals and arrive at the scheduled times. They seem to be able to accommodate our office hours, etc. I recommend them to friends and family with no reservation.

Adam and his crew helped me design a fence and retaining wall for my house in SE Portland. The portion to be fenced faced an alley and the area need to be excavated and regraded before the fence & wall could be installed. David Dang was in charge of the project and he and his workers finished it in TWO DAYS during a blistering heat wave, even though they had to break through a lot of old concrete at one point! Both the wall & fence are great and David & his crew were clean, polite, punctual, professional & just plain nice. Best of all, the price was HALF what I had been quoted by the guy that had done my last fencing job!

I renew this service every year. I am happy with a once-a-year pest control.
