My lawn and shrub fertilization service went extremely well. I have a fabulous lawn tech named Jay. I have been with Pro-Staff for 13 years now. I couldn't ask for my lawn to look any better. People always ask me who I have treating my rental property. I proudly answer Pro-Staff termite and pest control. If ever I have a concern about my lawn or shrubs Jay is on top of it. Jay addresses the concern immediately. Pro-Staff is the way to go. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Since I called Pro-Staff to renovate my irrigation system at my rental home, shortly after I needed a repair on my irrigation system at my home. They sent out Jose. Once again Jose did a fantastic job. I stand by my words, Pro-Staff is the only company I will ever use.

Calvin is wonderful. Our lawn is beautiful. Our neighbors in our subdivision (our walkers) always stop and say how wonderful our lawn looks. They say we the the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood and on our street. We chose Pro-Staff 13 years ago for our lawn services. I can say we are Pro-Staff clients for life.

Came out and sprayed lawn for weeds and fertilized grass. Signed up for bi-monthly services. Noticed weeds have mostly died out. Still some patches in the grass that hopefully will fill in better come spring.

I'd had problems with ants getting into my house from the outside. I tried to solve the problem myself, but the ants kept returning. There was a deal for the Pro Staff annual pest control package so I purchased it and scheduled a time for them to come by. They arrived on time and spent an hour and a half treating the inside and outside of the house.A few weeks after the treatment I saw ants climbing up the outside of my house in two places, but there were none inside. I called Pro Staff and they sent someone the next day to treat the outside. The ants were gone the next day and I haven't seen them in the same area since.

Excellent. They opened the wall to check for Termites. Thankfully it was only carpenter ants. I got the termite treatment anyways. It has a 10 year warranty. there are only two kinds of houses in Florida, one with termites and one that will have termites... Every house I ever lived in has had termites, except this one. Now I am protected!

We use Pro Staff for our lawn and home pest control. The service is excellent. They are always on time and very efficient. We have never had to call them for a retreatment of any kind.

They scheduled me quickly, and told me Santiago would come over. He was punctual and had to spray and fog the house for a german roach problem. 1st round nearly knocked them all out, and he came back 2 weeks later and did the same thing inside to solve the problem, and killed all the bugs on the outside of the house as well. A very good and reliable company. If you need pest control assistance, I would strongly recommend them and Santiago.

We called Pro-Staff to tackle a drywood termite problem that our existing pest control company wasn't equipped to deal with. Wes came to look at the problem, and talked us through the options of tenting or spot-treating. Although he had the option of selling us h****** a lucrative $5K - $6K Vikane tenting, he instead gave us a very matter-of-fact analysis of that option vs. a spot treatment. With the tenting being very expensive and inconvenient and not offering any long-term guarantee of prevention for future infestation, he recommended the spot treatment which was several hundred dollars. We scheduled the service and it was performed thoroughly and professionally and we've seen no evidence of a drywood infestation since. Later in the year, our other pest control company just wasn't cutting it with our cockroach problem. We were starting to see live roaches around the house, often in the kitchen, and eventually started seeing roach droppings on the kitchen countertops which was simply unacceptable. We called Wes back to quote Pro-Staff's annual pest services. They were more expensive than our existing provider, although not unreasonably so. When you meet Wes you'll get a sense of just how well he understands what he's doing, and with that kind of experience you're going to pay a small premium. We signed Pro-Staff up for annual service. Wes performed the initial treatment, and within two weeks the cockroach problem was a problem no more. It's been almost three months since then and we've had one medium cockroach show up in a bathroom, which for Florida is about the same as no cockroaches at all (especially in an older home like ours). I would highly recommend these guys for any pest control issues you may have. They aren't the cheapest option, but they are priced fairly, and you certainly get what you pay for. Ask for Wes if you're in his area.

Signed up for a year of treatment. They did a full walk through of the house, describing each treatment and what it was for. Very glad I went with them.

Patrick showed up on time and explained in detail exactly what was included in their annual pest control contract and the one year guarantee. We had just shampooed all the carpets so he put on booties so the carpets did not get soiled. He completed his work inside and then outside, taking the time to again explain what he was doing. He was knowledgeable, through and professional. We are very pleased with the company

I was working with another company that didn't honor their termite bond, and found Pro-Staff using a coupon on Angie's List. Everyone that I worked with was knowledgeable and professional, and I was quite happy with their work. I thought the cost was a little steep, but after checking around, the cost wasn't out of line. Overall I was very satisfied with their work, and I use them for my yearly contract

Had a serious German Roach problem. Moved into new home, tried various techniques to get rid of them. Nothing worked. (Helpful Hint.....DO NOT USE BUG BOMBS IF YOU HAVE GERMAN ROACHES. Apparently it causes them to instantaneously reproduce. ugh.) Kathy, who answered our call, was friendly and accommodating. Our service man Juan was exceptional. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He had to come back several times because of additional sightings (1% of original issue) and always seemed happy to do so. authors note: hate writing reviews, but felt compelled to do it for this company.

As stated, the lawn issues were not resolved after several calls requesting help so changed to another company.

This is my first review for a local pest service and we have had five in 15 years. This company is outstanding in their customer service. I could not be happier and we have had them for over a year now. I am very happy with everyone I have come into contact with from the person answering the phones, to the technicians. It took us a long time to find a great pest control company and I hope I can save someone else the time and annoyance of dealing with salesmen and sub standard service. They are always on time, ask if there are any new concerns, professionally dressed and stand behind all of their work.

Staff was very helpful and personable. They were on time for appointments and very thorough with their presentations. Further, they were available to answer questions when needed.

They are very professional. They have the right equipment and they are very responsive. They offer field managers if you have any issues. They have fair prices. Chad Allen is excellent to work with.

During home construction nearby, I developed a serious ant problem. (So did the neighbors.) After researching multiple companies online, I called ProStaff. They came out the next day, looked at the problem, and proposed several different plans and options. I chose the annual plan, which I think is very reasonably priced. They immediately went through the house, opened all outlets and switch plates, to drop pest killer and bait inside the walls. They sprayed throughout the outside and dropped bait all around the house. The effect was dramatic and obvious overnight. They came back about a week or two later to check the progress and apply a second treatment. After a few weeks I saw some ants returning outside. I called them and they came out immediately to do another treatment in order to eradicate the ant colony. I haven' seen an ant since. They came back recently to again treat the outside as part of the annual plan. I could also call them again, as often as necessary, if I see any bugs or pests. In Florida, that could be anything! They were very through and professional. Their people are very friendly and respect the indoors and outdoors, taking care to keep everything neat and clean. They telephone periodically to make sure everything is OK and to ask if there is anything I need from them. The annual contract with them is definitely money well spent. I will definitely renew with them when my current plan expires.

I LOVE ProStaff. I have been using them for over 10 years. My Realtor recommended them when I bought my houuse and I have been using them ever since. I am so happy I found them. I've had horrible experiences with several other pest control companies over the years in Miami and Orlando, ProStaff is the only companiy I would recommend... which I do to all my friends.

Their staff is always courteous and thorough. I find them very knowledgeable and customer oriented. They explain everything they are doing at each step and are respectful of your home and pets. In this particular case we had a suspected termite swarm as evidence by the dead termites by a door. The serviceman took the time to explain the anatomy and reproduction of termites. He was fairly confident that the termites were not in the house but took the extra time to come back with a supervisor and find the swarm in a tree outside of our house and treat it free of charge.

If you have pests, Pro-Staff is your answer. We were over-run with un-wanted house pests (German roaches and bugs) and wanted them dead. Dead, dead, DEAD. After living with them for more than a year, and tryin' "bargain" services, we decided it was time to go on the offensive and call some real experts. We did some research, (Angie's List, Yelp, etc.) and ended up calling Pro-Staff. Here?s how it all went down ??. The same week I called Pro-Staff, they sent ONE truck with ONE bug-technician ? JOSE. Seriously? ONE truck and ONE tech? Even though he didn't look the part of the Super-hero I thought we needed, he did look professional and appeared more than capable of taking care of our ?bug problem?. JOSE surveyed the area and explained to me what he found as he found it (there is more to it than simply ?bug droppings?). Afterwards, we talked and set out a plan to kill them all. Fast. We wanted them ALL dead. Dead. Dead. DEAD. JOSE worked with us to develop a plan I liked. (In the end, we received a customized service plan based on what we wanted ? not one of their ?standard? plans ? at a VERY competitive price). Then, JOSE armed himself (now looking like the super-hero we thought we needed) and went to work. Like Vindaloo thru a colostomy bag, he searched every nook, cranny, corner and crack looking for bugs and killing them individually ? which wasn't really hard since most of them had an attitude and hid in plain sight. After a few moments, the nest was found and I saw the gleam in JOSE?S eyes as I watched him drop buckets o? sunshine on them as if he was a crazed executioner with a new axe. If you can picture Robert Duvall in the movie ?Apocalypse Now? saying ?I love the smell of bug poison in the morning? or Al Pacino in Scarface saying ?Say hello to my little friend?, then you know what we witnessed. It was exhilarating in a macabre and sadistic sort of way watching the bugs run, then just fall dead. Nowhere to go. No last request, no escape. Whoever thought Cockroaches and bugs could provide this much pleasure? Fun, fun, fun. In the end, dead bugs littered the floor like beer cans after a frat party. We smiled at all the carnage for it was good. They were dead. Dead. Dead. DEAD. JOSE also placed traps in the attic for our seasonal guests as well. On the follow-up visits - AFTER Pro-Staff got their money - the office and JOSE have continued to be courteous, honest, flexible and professional. We have re-captured our home and now live happy and peaceful lives not having to share our home with bugs and unwanted housepests (the un-related ones anyway).
