Description of Work: Still having issues with bugs, have had them retreat once already. Apparently baby spiders harltched in my kitchen somewhere and most pesticide is food toxic so it's a recurring issue they still haven't solved.

Description of Work: Racoon was in my chimney. Pro Staff and my handy man worked together to remove it. Racoon escaped. Pro Staff then cover the chimney with a grate to keep varmits out.

Description of Work: I'd just puchased into this condo--and it was FILTHY when I moved in. I mean this place was RIFE with massive, terrifying palmetto bugs. Prostaff came and gave me an inspection, and assured me that actually, the kind of bugs I had were typically easier to deal with. I signed up for a year and two days later they came back and treated every inch of this place--behind every plug cover, in the cracks of every cabinet, with bait, not spray pesticide. I appreciate that it was a no residue treatment and that my dog was safe. The next morning? Zippo. None. I saw maybe 3-4 dead ones in the first few days, but literally, 3 months later, no bugs at all. I'll be scheduling them to come out again soon for a treatment since the weather's cooling off and I know from my years in Fla. that the big ones can start trying to move indoors then--but these treatments are included in my yearly fee. I could not be more pleased--I'm a complete bug-phobic, and these guys were amazing.

I WOULD SAY THEY WERE OK. THEY COME AND DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE ELSE SO IT IS HARD TO COMPARE WHAT THEY DO, BUT I THINK THAT THEY ARE OK.

FOR BEING FIRST TIME RESIDENTS IN THE AREA, THEY WERE HELPFUL IN THE ASPECT OF BUGS AND THINGS LIKE THAT. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED CERTAIN THINGS IN REGARDS TO HOW TO PREVENT BUGS.
