Prestige Metal Roofing was amazing. We absolutely love our new metal roof, which has really made the look of our home pop. We don't have a single complaint. It looks fantastic, and Prestige's work was excellent. Very professional across the board. They arrived on time, put the roof on with perfection and cleaned up the site perfectly (but with a metal roof, the entire job was way cleaner than an asphalt roof as they went over our existing shingles). So far, we will be saving $250 this year on our homeowner's insurance because of the new roof. We look forward to seeing if we also save on our electric bill.

Went really good Larry, Jerry an the crew made everything go smoothly. The guys who came out did a good job an repected the property an cleaned up after them selves. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants a roof that last a lifetime.

Fine except for an unfinished gap in the baffle - at peak of garage roof Roofing done mid December Wind has of course made the gap worse We were someone would come 3 different times As of 2/13/18 - NO SHOW

Larry was our salesman. He was a super nice guy and answered our questions. We had 7 companies bid our job and after all of them we felt most comfortable with Larry. all the companies had varying materials grade and costs but one thing the others wanted to do was remove the old shingles and paper. Larry had suggested we just overlay the metal on the shingles, but we wanted an all new roof. So he adjusted the bid (added $1500) to remove the old shingles and nail the decking to meet current codes. 5 weeks after making the deposit and signing the contract we got the call they were ready to go. Crew showed up one time to start the tear off and do the nailing and dry in. Next day, inspection done and metal laid then final inspection done (the crew waited all day for the inspector to sign off in case there were any issues). Love the look of the roof. Love the warranty. Be sure to get what gauge materials they are quoting and if ask about settling of the roof. With the new roof and daily temp swings (50's in the morning and 80's in the afternoon) my roof is actually making loud banging noises as the metal expands and settles. The project manager said the noise will last about 3 weeks as everything settles into place.

Excellent work, the gentleman were on time every day & working. They cleaned up every before leaving. Answered any questions I had, they were just a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again. I highly recommend them!

First contact was great. The guy who came to tell us about the product was very knowledgeable. There wasn't a lot of pressure just plenty of information.

They put on a metal roof over the old roof we had. I am very pleased with the roof. The owner is super nice. I really enjoyed working with him. hey showed up when they said they would. It took about two and a half days to finish. Jerry is fabulous. Bill was super great as well. All the employees I had contact with are wonderful. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. I recommended them to everybody.

I left a voicemail with the details of what I was looking for and received a return phone call from Wayne less than 24 hours later. Wayne explained that their company is based out of Orlando but they have roofers in my area. He advised that Greg would be contacting me within 24 hours and would let me know if they are able to perform such a small project. Received a call from Greg the following day explaining that their crews travel from Ocala and that they wouldn't be able to offer me a competitive price for this small of a project with the travel expense/time involved. I was very happy with the level of responsiveness and professionalism I received from both Wayne and Greg. I understood Greg's rationale declining to bid on the project and appreciate his honesty. Should I have a need for roofing services I'm the future I will try Prestige again.

They are wonderful. They had great installers and it only took two days to complete the work. They were very courteous and competent. They did several follow up calls. They were very prompt with questions and getting back to me. This is a really good company.

Absolutely love the new roof, my only "complaint" is during the sales pitch we were shown a certain screw that was to be used by the roofers. It wasn't the screw used on the roof. I am not sure it will matter in the long run, but time will tell. I could be wrong but I think our job was subcontracted out to a different roofer which may have caused the mix up. Other than that, love it!

The sales process was not a high pressure sales process. The salesperson was helpful and forthcoming. I checked 3 metal roof vendors on pricing and who they used for their materials. I did online research. I received a senior discount. The cost of the roof was only $1,000 more than a regular roof and this company was $1,000 less than the other options for a metal roof for as far as I could research the same quality. They came out on 2/20/14 to do the first segment of the installation and were through in a few hours. They came back the next day and completed the installation in a few hours. It is now a month later and no leaks detected to date so I figure the roof is good to go. I am happy with the results and can quit thinking about the roof for the rest of my life as well as enjoy reduced electrical bills with enhanced value in the home when the house is sold one day. What is not to like!

The roofing crew came out on September 12, 2013 in the afternoon after completing another job, brought out the material and put the first layer on our roof - then on September 13, 2013 they arrived early in the morning and were finished with the installation that evening. Everything was left the way they found it. Everyone was very nice to deal with and the supervisor kept in touch with us from the first time we hired them until the job was completed - either by e-mail or by phone. We are very pleased with the work they did on our home.

It went well. I had issues with a leak around the fireplace. It took twice to figure out where the leak was, but they treated it both times, stopped the leak and responded in a timely manner when I called.

Job was completed in a timely manner and was mostly satisfactory. The only problem we experienced was finding nails and screws on our driveway and in our lawn. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our new roof. It has made our house cooler.

The actually construction team did a fantastic job. Jason was the lead person and he was very thorough. They did encounter some weather challenges, but overcame those. Their advertisement states that their cost for a metal roof is about the same as shingles and they were indeed competitive price wise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof. It was a great experience.

The roofing job was great, I think the corners could have been finished more professional. I did mention it to the installers, and they said that was how they were told to do it.

National HomeCraft of Central Florida are a very good company to work with. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors and several have used them as well. They came in a timely manner, they worked very professional and I hear from them periodically, at least once a year just to see if I need anything or to let me know that they are still around, which you don't get that usually after that many years. I always get my Christmas postcard from them, so they have good PR and good marketing skills and a very good roof. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the roof.

It was a good experience. I gave a referral for them and they sent me a check for it. The work they did was very good. They were professional and I was very happy with them.

We noticed a leak and decided to research going with metal roof vs shingle. Once we decided to go this route, we reached out to several vendors for quotes. National Home Craft was the most responsive of the vendors we checked into, and the salesman (Larry) followed up frequently to see if we had questions as well as to pursue the business. National Home Craft actually was the best price of all of the quotes we got and we were impressed with the reviews we found here on Angie's list. We opted to upgrade the guage of the metal which added to the cost but the salesman negotiated that out with us. We also chose to pay with a credit card and they do charge an additional fee to use a credit card but we felt it was worthwhile. The permit was pulled within a few days of signing the contract and the work began within 10 days. The crew was driving to Orlando from Ocala so they arrived later in the morning than we would have expected but it was not an issue for us, just something to be aware of The only issue was that we specifically wanted to have the soffit and fascia REPLACED and that was not made clear to the work crew so they had planned on just putting metal on top of the existing material. We did express our concern to the job lead (Bill) and they took action to correct the matter as well as adjusted our price down slightly. We did not understand why this would not be a normal course of action since part of the reason for replacing it was to improve energy efficiency and if they had just put metal over the old stuff air would not have been able to flow easily. The only constructive feedback I would offer is 2 points - 1 - Ensure the salesman CLEARLY writes up what you want done in the contract to avoid misunderstandings and 2 - Ask that the onsite crew do a better job of picking up debris and screws in the yard etc. (I think they wanted to avoid having to drive back another day, but we found lots of screws/nails in the grass that could have hurt our dogs). This is a small, family run operation and we felt they truly did want to do a good job and make us happy. We are very pleased and impressed with the way the roof looks and have recieved many compliments from neighbors and friends. We definately would recommend them!

Received multiple bids on re do our roof with metal. Knew it would be a costly job as old roof was original 28 years old and had rotting plywood etc. Checked out all the differnt types and all the things to look for to insure a quality job. Then did deep background on the selected vendors-- National Homecraft came up as top of the heap in quality, timliness, work ethic and effectiveness. It was NOT the cheapest-- just the best-- turns out me research steered me right -- are well pleased with the results, the quality and the customer service.

After waiting for final approval from my Homeowners Association, Dwaine arrived with his crew to take advantage of good weather between storms here in Florida. They started on monday morning by removing the old drip railing and showing me the materials to be installed. Dwaines crew, Jody, Josh and Charlie are very friendly and good workers, explained how each of the pieces being used were install and why, to complete a weather proof roof system. This crew works very well together, which involved custom measurements and cutting of materials and making the final appearence look great. My roof is mostly a common design resulting a fairly easy installation, but there are always a few areas the require that special fitting and transitions between gables, valleys and vents. They took great care in keeping my exsisting gutters, reattaching after the new drip rail was installed. I had the standard insulating vapor barrier installed, but they do offer better options for higher insulation and reflecting properties. They finished on wednesday afternoon about 4 pm., that evening, about 6 pm., tropical storm Debby visited here in New Port Richey. Three or four days of very windy weather and a total of 12 inches of rain tested the new roof without any problems. There was no noticable noise during the storm, very quiet except for the vent over the stove, it will be hard to imagine a more severe test. I'm very happy with my entire roofing experience with National HomeCraft, especially the lifetime labor and materials warranties. Thank you National HomeCraft.
