AwefulI hired a contractor through Angelist to paint my home in April. 25, 2020. I thought I did everything correctly when I hired PPR Property Solutions. The company painted my house and t Gary selected wrong paint color than said he didn't have the money to purchase the correct color. I had to purchase second paint and. Attempted to come to an agreemwnt. The windows were painted by his workers. I have reached out to him to fix the issues He threatened me to place a lien on my home if I didn't pay the final payment. So I paid him the final payment. I asked him to adjust the cost for the job because he purchase the wrong color paint after his worker began to paint my home I had him to stop after he notice the color was wrong. The contactor admitted and stated didn't have the money to purchase the new paint. So we purchase the paint so he could complete the job. On May 2nd we did a walk through and I pointed out the areas of the additional new paint on the windows he refuse to fix. I am up loading the pics. I hope you can assist me in resolving this. He has text me treating emails and I am afraid of him. Thank you, please help I have a child with hydrocephalus she has numerous brain surgeries. We we only trying to have our home painted nicely and not occur extra cost which we did. This guy refuse to return calls and texts I would not refer this company to any one.
