Jeremy Shanks was not only professional, courteous and kind, but he was extremely knowledgeable.

A little to expensive

Job was replacing a shower panel with a similiar replacement. I had removed the old panel, but ran into issues with the placement of existing plumbing connectors. Gary was prompt, arriving on time. He provided a "flat rate" estimate, which seemed a bit high - but I needed the work down NOW and I'm not much for negotations. It figured out to, roughly, 3 hrs at the $650 flat rate. Some minor complications required a quick trip to Lowe's, but (with my help) Gary was done and on his way to the next job shortly after noon.

They were great. Brian checked with me the day before so that he would have what he needed to do the repair. He was early for the appt which I always appreciate.

The work was well done. This was a weak end emergency I was happy I could get the work done.

I was unable to get a window of time when to expect them the next day, which I found very unusual. I was supposed to receive a call 30-45 minutes ahead. I got a call about 15 minutes ahead. The guy who showed up was nice and professional. The cost to replace parts inside the tank was ridiculous! It took less than 45 minutes and cost $650! My husband works out of state so I had to pay it. When my husband found out he said he could have done it for less than $75. So to say the least, I will not recommend them unless you have money to burn.

I was happy with the job and the plumber who did the work. My complaints were, I felt he should have had the parts on his truck. He had no problem going to get the parts, but it would have gone quicker if the parts were on site. I also thought the cost was very high for the repair, which was a simple job.

Steve did an excellent job. Great work ethic. Would gladly recommend him to others.

They wanted over $500 for less than an hour of work. When I said I was going to get another quote they dropped the price to $300. It was still way too much but I needed to get it done.
