Description of Work: I had a leaky kitchen faucet and call this company. They came out later the same day, which was admirable, however, their service call charge was OUTRAGEOUS! They charged me $95.00 to tell me my faucet was rusted out and couldn't be fixed. According to todays economy, I think @75.00 would have been more in line as a service charge where no repair was done. I don't mind paying for service when it is reasonable, but this company is simply out of line and financially raping cusomers.
