 + -1 morePoorly, I have had a heart transplant and could not lift the salt bags of 40 pds and mainly hired because of that. After I checked my salt levels with my calculated system and they were low, I called them they said they would be right out. No show. I went to place of business said they would be there that day. No show. I called again they said the used their equipment and it was fine. I said I was going by the standard of salt level from my pool installer and they pretty much told me I was wrong. I have been wrong before but in this case I was not.

Description of Work: I called the closest Pinch a Penny (South Chase Branch) for a quote on replacement of the Salt Generator on my pool. Over the phone they gave me an estimated price and then sent technician out to review and provide final pricing. That was all fine. I told the technician while he was on site to let me know a service date they could accommodate. After a week, I called the office to ask and was told the service manager had to get back to me with the information. After another week with still no response I called again. Again was told the service manager had to get in touch with me and he was busy at the moment. Once again no response. I called someone else and had the work done within a week. If you need something done quickly without having to chase them down, I would not recommend Pinch a Penny, at least not that branch office.

 + -1 moreTheir service is impeccable. They are prompt, and professional. When I first moved here, they came out, and taught me all I had to do to maintain our pool. I have used them ever since, and that's been seven years.

 + -1 moreWENT TO PINCH A PENNY FOR SOME HELP WITH MY POOL PUMP PROBLEM. THE SALESMAN STATED THE PUMP WE HAD WAS NOT NEARLY LARGE ENOUGH TO KEEP OUR POOL CLEAN. HE RECOMMEND A LARGER MODEL. IT DID THE TRICK BEAUTIFULLY.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED A POOL PUMP LARGE ENOUGH FOR OUR ENORMOUS POOL. THE ONE WE HAD WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR THE JOB.
