Brandon and Josh were amazing to work with! Very professional and punctual. I would hire both of these gentlemen back in a heartbeat! Why the B rating? Subcontractors were brought on the job to paint and the quality suffered. The subs were sloppy at best and didn't prep the previously stained woodwork properly. Paint on the tile floors, missed spots, nail holes not patched, paint on trim and ceiling, etc. Brandon and Josh were very apologetic and tried to make everything right, but much of the damage (too thick of coats, drips on doors) was not reversible without stripping the doors and starting over. After the 2-3 day job turned into 2 weeks, it was just time to cut the losses and move on. I had already spent too many hours doing quality control and pointing out issues that should have been identified and addressed by the contractor. The job probably looks really good to the general public and if this was a rental property, the quality would be acceptable. I am very particular and have since spent 1-2 days touching up and caulking. I have some more wall paint to touch up, but have to purchase another gallon as I was not left with any of the one color.
