Perfect Bond Stucco Repair

I am the advocate representative for my parents to assist them on getting repair work done to their home. I highly would NOT recommend Mr. Beck. Communication was good in the beginning until he received the 1st downpayment cheque to be written in his name (for a discounted price) verses his company's name. But the contract was written under his company's name which seemed suspicious. Afterwards, very poor communication, promises were not kept of him starting the job which he was supposed to do project commencement on the day he received the 1st downpayment. After days of not showing up when he said he would, this has brought a huge disappointment to myself and more importantly, my parents who are 80yrs old as they felt taken advantage of. I consulted with Home Advisor Angi to report this issue and seeking full reimbursement from Mr. Beck and will inform local authorities on subject matter of a potential financial fraud. I was recommended to consult with the Police Authorities by my parent's bank as they were not able to assist since a cheque was written versus using a credit/debit card. After speaking with the police, the Officer stated to bring this issue to small claims court as this case is a Civil case versus a Criminal case. After doing so, the small claims court advised that I speak with a Lawyer to determine if this will be a case against Mr. Beck or his company, Perfect Bond Stucco Repair. An integration meeting is reserved with a Lawyer and my parents to discuss the next steps on April 30th, 2025.

Totally regret hiring this guy. Very unreliable, never knew when or if he was showing up to work, very poor communication. After he was paid, never came back to finish the job.

They called me right away and bid the job the same day, finished the job the next day. Great customer service

I felt that something was odd when he asked me to write a check in his name not Perfect Bond name, photo attached. He offered his drivers license to show that it was the same address, photo attached. Finally, a Hispanic worker arrived. He started to build the basic wall structure, but it was not straight, photo attached. He had installed the blocks adjacent to a tree stump that knocked the wall down in the first place. I paid the worker $200 in cash for materials, and the worker agreed to redo it after we sawed away the tree stump. He returned the next day and redid the wall, photos attached. After many text excuses, Zachery showed up one day, inspected the work that the sub-contractor had done, and told me that he would return personally to finish the wall. He has not returned and has stopped answering my texts. I can not send the complete text file because it will not fit . If anyone wants to see it or discuss this issue, my email is { remove email }

These guys were very professional the whole time. They did a great job in short turnaround time. They kept me informed with great communication along the way. I would definitely hire them again if I ever needed it.

I was able to get the cracks repaired and looking like new.

I had cracks that could not be covered with paint . I was very happy that paint flowed on after their repair.
