+ -1 moreI had my garage repaired in may 2018. Everything was fine until September 2018, we had a power outage and it messed my garage to the point where it doesn't stay up . I called Payless to see if they can fix it and Rich the technician told me to call him next week. I called him several times and left several messages. I never got a response back. When I called the front office, they told me the warranty time was up so they would have to charge me to fix the problem. It seems like this company only cares about making money instead of keeping they're paying customers happy. They dont care about their work either.
