They were on time and I will use them again in the future.

We emailed him with a request to do 2 things. 1. install an over the range microwave. 2. We wanted him to repair a problem with a rotting base baord. After many texts letting us know that he would be coming, he did not show up, and did not inform us he would not be able to do the job. We do no mind when someone can not do a job, just let us know that. It us very unprofessional to promise you will come and then not show up. We will not use his services again.

Contacted Mr. Seitz to get a quote. He asked that I text him my address so he could respond with a time he could meet me to go over and quote the work. I did but never heard from Mr. Seitz and have not to date.

I ended up going with a contractor that was not on Angie's List and they've since completed the work. Their customer service was fine, but their quote didn't meet up to what I wanted.

Before I hired Patrick Seitz to build a ramp in front of my home,he presented me with a detailed plan showing how the finished ramp would look;along with a price quote and a choice of three different payment options.Patrick is a professional at his craft,and is licensed and insured.I am completely satisfied with the work he did and would definitely give him an "A" rating. I enjoyed doing business with Patrick,and would highly recommend him to anyone. :-)

Patrick is very methodical and he does a very good job. His pricing is very good as well. He was absolutely, totally professional and I would use him again if needed.

Mr. Seitz is a genius and a gentleman, as well as punctual and a master in the workshop. The new section of the built-in exactly matches the old section in color, grain and so forth. The TV sits on a shelf at eye-level when viewed from the couch, with 2 inches of clearance on each side and 11 inches above the top of the screen to allow for heat dissipation, as recommended by Sony. His measurements were perfect and he carefully considered my concerns, not just doing what he wanted (as earlier handymen have sometimes done). He built the new section in his workshop and brought it in pieces to my house where he assembled it with care and expertise. It is perfect. You would never guess that the middle of the built-in was completely new. His work didn't come cheap, but I'll gladly pay more for craftsmanship such as his.

He communicated with us through the whole process. He did more than expected. He stayed to his quoted price. Overrall it was excellent

When I called him for our rental property he told me he would be there that day or the next to look and see what had to be done . He actually went there the day I called, explained what needed to be done and the price . He e-mailed me the contract, went to the home and did the needed repair work . From start to finish it took 3 business days !! Our renters said he was very nice and professional . We will definitely hire him again !!!!

He is a very good handyman. He repaired our dock, he’s done a lot of work for us. It’s just exceptional quality, unbelievably good. You get what you see. He tells you what he’s going to do and the cost. The work doesn’t vary, he does quality work. He’s not going to take shortcuts. If he sees a problem that he didn’t see when he started, he always gives you an out and different options and gives suggestions. He’s the first person I really felt like you could trust him when he was doing the work and whatever he was saying occurred. If you ever have a problem with anything after the work is finished, he will always come back and fix it. You need to negotiate your price with him, but you always get what you pay for. If I needed something done tomorrow, he’d be the first person I call.
