They didn't show for appointment, after he called back he said he would be there at 1 and never showed.

Provider subcontracted the work out. The work was fine.

The wall paper was on really solid. I suggested we just paint over it. But he said, no, Better we remove it. The main guy did not actually do the work, Over a week later, he sent two others to remove the wall paper. They did a bad job and tore some of the paper off the sheet rock on lots of places. Did not even remove the towel bar or TP holder. The main guy came back and said for $350 more he would fix the damage and paint the walls. I would have to supply the paint. I told him I was not interested. I suggest that you stay away from this guy. I also learned that folks offering "Deals" are prob

They took a bunch of money from us and never did the work for us. He is con artist. He was operating under a guy that has like 6 lawsuits, and hasn't been in business, so he took somebody's license number. When they did show us, it was horrible work. They were always drunk, it was horrible. I told him it was going to catch up to him eventually. He knew me personally, and he knew my business, and after the last conversation with him, I didn't want him doing anything. The price wasn't bad, but he never did any work. He was bad.

He was on time!! very professional & friendly but most of all of all HONEST.

Contacted the provider numerous times and left my phone number, but calls were not returned. Did connect with the provider one time, and he explained he was eating lunch, and to call back at 1 PM. I called back at 1 and 1;15 PM, but was routed to voice mail both times, with no return call from the provider. Based on this discouraging record, I decided to consider the $99 already paid as lost money.

Limited exposure to them but no reason to believe they do not do a fantastic job.

At first everything was fine. Tony was responsive to the request and came out to take a look at the work within a reasonable time frame. Like the other reviews he tried to upsell me, but I don't blame anyone for trying to sell more work. The first hint of a problem was when he told me that the work I requested couldn't be done in 6 hours. I totally remodeled my home so am very familiar with how long things take plus I had just recently had some drywall and paint repair work done by another contractor which was much more extensive and it took them only 8 hours total. I asked him how much more he would need to complete the job and he said another $200. The price still seemed reasonable so I told him to go ahead. I first contacted them on May 23, he came out and gave me the estimate and then later replied to set up a date of the 12,13 or 16,17 of June. He told me it would take over the course of 2 days because he would need to let things dry. I selected the 16th and 17th. June 15th he leaves me a message saying he can't make it because he has to finish another job and couldn't finish it because of Father's day. He wanted to reschedule to the 18 and 19th. I told him that was fine but it had to be those 2 days as I would be out of town the following week. I also asked him what time he was coming (had to ask twice) and he said between 8:30 and 9:00am. The morning of the 18th arrives and by 10am there was no sign of him. I called him to find out where he was and he said he was still finishing the other job. No phone call to let me know. His excuse was that he said he would be there the 18th OR the 19th. This was definitely not the case as in our discussions he had told me he would need two days and gave me options in two day segments. Even so, do you not tell someone whether you are coming or not and let them hang around waiting for you? His written communication was very poor and I had to ask for clarification. Between the rescheduling and I believe dishonest sales practice, I went back on Angie's List to check the reviews (should have done this before purchasing the Big Deal, but assumed they would have good reps if being allowed to offer them) and saw many reviews with the same issues I'm describing. This seemed to be the norm for this provider so I decided to cancel my Big Deal and save myself potentially more problems.

I would never hire this painting company again. Antonio is the consummate salesman, but doesn't listen and doesn't respond appropriately. He blew off all of our concerns when raised, simply saying "don't worry about it, don't worry about it, the work will be great.". His crew included one experienced painter, and one painter who had just joined his team that day who did not have the appropriate skills. Antonio did not supervise the project as promised. He did not use the trim color we had specified (when his team asked what color they were to paint the trim he just said "paint it white.") When I called to express my concern and ask that he or his team return that evening to repaint the trim color before carpet installers arrived early the next morning, he did not return my phone calls and directed his team not to return to the house to fix their mistake, despite their promise to me to do so. I wound up repainting all of the trim myself. He never returned my phone call and only turned up at our house to demand final payment. The job was not complete at the time (light fixtures and electrical outlets had not been replaced, there were still paint issues, etc.) and I also believe that I should have received a credit for the work I was required to do to fix their mistakes. Although I had told him previously that I was leaving town that day, he called and demanded that I pay him immediately. When I explained I was at the airport and couldn't arrange payment until the next day, he screamed at me and at my sibling who was still at the house and threatened to place a lien on the property and then hung up on me. In all my years of home owning, I have never ever had such a bad experience with a contractor, and would urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

I Bought this deal a While ago and received No Contact from the vendor. They asked for 3 dates in the original deal. those dates came and went and then they finally sent me an email asking for My Phone number. I replied quickly and again waited weeks for a Phone call. I finally received a call early on a Sunday morning. The Person on the phone asked if they could come that day. Sorry No! I prefer to set Appointments up like a professional, Not to mention I was busy that day. the person on the other end said they would call me back to set something up.... Weeks have now gone by. I have called their number on occasion and received a full Voicemail Box. At this point I would request my Money Back in a refund as I don't really want to work with this company. I have also seen some other reviews that have had the same or similar experience.

The company called about 2 weeks after I had paid....followed up with a appointment, however, within minutes of entering the room, the gentleman tried to up sale the job. All that was needed was one wall of boarder to be removed and 3 small half walls painted. Stated it could not be done within that time frame and I would need to add hours. After 5 phone calls to them, and there lack of returning calls I gave up. Sorry, would not recommend this company.

First off this vendor does a really good job of putting forth the appearance of friendliness and professionalism. Not the case. I was originally promised that the job would take a week at best and it ended up taking a little over 5 weeks and I had to fire him in the end because he doesn't listen, has an excuse for everything, blames everyone else including me for his poor time management and shoddy workmanship but worst of all he had a completely unprofessional verbal confrontation with me and my mother. He used excessive vulgarity in my home and appeared to want to have a physical altercation. I asked him to remove himself and all his equipment and staff as soon as possible and paid him the balance of what I felt he was owed and I was extremely generous due to the fact that he destroyed all of the custom molding in all of the rooms he did work in and all if the line work he did was terrible.

He gridded it and it looks amazing. It was extensive damage and it took 3 hours of dry wall. I can’t even say there was a hole in wall the bathroom. They cleaned up well and it was good. They were on time. They came in and they saw the problem. We came previously to view it so he knew what he needed to do to fix it. He came and brought with him the materials necessary. He fixed it up and it went for more than one day to do process but when it was done, it was done. They worked until the dry wall dried before they could paint. They were great and every time they said they would come back t o start the next process, they were back. They were very professional, kept me updated on the project the whole time. I will use them again for my kitchen.

The contractor can't do the job, it is too big. He was very responsive and professional. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

Workers were punctual and provided great service. Will use their service again.

They were professional and courteous. Tony called me a few days later and while I told him I was happy with the work I thought it would have smooth and ready to paint. He personally came to my home and took care of the issues. I definitely will be calling them again when I am ready to pain the interior of my home.

Doug showed up and did the job very well, I will use again in the future

The workmen called in the morning of the Thursday where they were supposed to come by and give me an estimate. This tells me that they knew that they had an appt. with me. I had taken off this day from work since I didn't know when they were coming. They said they'd come back at 4 (and that they would call around that time, I surmise, to let me know they were on the way). No phone call. No visit. Come the Tuesday of the actual appointment, and they are a no call/no show. I e-mail them on Angie's List to let them know they've missed TWO appointments and have cost me money (personal days from work). I get two phone call voicemail apologies, saying that they inadvertently scheduled the job on the wrong day (although this doesn't explain the estimate day when they didn't show up). So, I decide to give them another chance, even though the work that I needed done wasn't done within a month and before I had company staying with us. I ask them to work with me over Angie's List e-mail to make sure we all have the dates in writing. It has now been TEN DAYS since they last replied. I've written them since, letting them know that a bad review was in the making if they didn't come through. Still no reply. So, I've requested a refund on the "deal" I bought and won't deal with this unprofessional company again. This is not an A-rated company in any way. They provide a service, and whether they do good work or not, the service is poor. I've wasted five weeks on them, when I should have just gone with a better company for my small job. I suggest you do the same. You might also think twice about these Angie's List "deals" before wasting your time and money.

It didn't go so well and they charged me a little bit more. He did the estimate over the phone, did describe what he's going to be needing, came to our house a couple of weeks later, another guy came out because he couldn't, so he described a whole bunch of things that he'd do, we agreed on the price of $150 and another guy came out and he didn't do the original plans. They were nice and friendly. He couldn't keep the date we wanted to start.

I believe the whole day work was actually kind of strange. He brought another guy and that was supposed to be for the whole day and they didn't quite work the whole day. When the job was finished, they still charged us extra money. That was kind of strange, the way that whole thing worked out. They did a good job painting.

I needed to have a portion of drywall installed in my son's room, because it had been removed for a maintenance problem. I also needed to have some holes patched up in my porch columns, because woodpeckers had drilled about 6 3-inch holes in them. The work was done quickly and the installer left the workspace very clean.

The experience was not very well. The first scheduled session was for 3/3/2014 for 9:30am. At 10:00am I called to see what happened. They explained they had an emergency in Orlando and didn't know when they would be able to come out. I suggested that it be rescheduled and it was for 3/8/14 at 9:30am. At 10:00am I called to see what happened. The reply was that I was not on their schedule, they apologized and offered to come out around lunch time. I was hesitant because of the two previous no shows but agreed. Approximately 2-4 minutes later they called back and said they would not be able to do it. I then requested a refund.

2 man prep crew the first day. Full crew the second day. Completed their drywall joint repair 2nd day.paid finisher in cash. Began applying prime coat on Fri AM. Noticed drywall seams were bulging with some actually coming apart again. Unable to get them to return a phone call Friday through Monday. Finally used my wife's cell phone and was connected immediately. The owner said the prime coat caused any new separations of drywall joints. After threatening him with legal action he finally agreed to come look at the ceiling a week from today. Said his finisher could not come due to other projects. I am a Certified General Contractor with 28 years experience. The quality of "The Paint Squad" ranks as low as I have ever seen.

They did a good job on the drywall repair but they were a bit expensive
