The first guy Rick, comes and with his fancy talk , talks up a storm of all that they are gonna do for me with a life time warranty, then he sends out a guy who has limited English and this guy is done in like 2 hours, so to mast all of my air conditioner ducts and supposed tape all the seams in my ducts was $700 a lot if you ask me, when all I wanted was a few ducts fixed that where leaking, then the hurricane comes and now my house feels like it's pulling in heat, so I call them mm up and a guy comes out, complaining the whole time and just puts a thermometer up to the vents after jacking my air down to 73, and never goes up in the attic to check the duct work that is warrentied?????

You should be able to ask questions and the service tech has some answers the tech I had was very knowledgeable and professional

Company call me right away. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Rick, the technician, came over and looked at everything and clean/serviced the AC unit as required. He was very thorough and professional and explained step-by-step what he was doing. I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism and went ahead and hired the company for future A/C services. Great company to do business with, highly recommended. Thanks.

This a/c was put in a few weeks ago, I had to do some clean up the next day, as they didn't finish until 10:45 pm. They spilled glue on my floor. I called to see when their" inspector" was going to show up, they told me that dept. would call soon, that was a couple weeks ago and still waiting!!

Initially hired for AC tuneup, which resulted in purchasing a new AC for the upstairs zone.

Very polite and helpful...always nice, even if I was a little crabby. I appreciate that.

Rich Holtzman was amazing in checking my a/c units. He was able to establish the root cause for our electric bill being over $800

Technician was delayed, but once arrived did a great job assessing my system and providing recommendations on how to keep it in tip-top condition. Price was competitive for servicing a 2 A/C system home.

I am so happy I picked this company. They could have not been better. Richard was a true professional and explained and showed everything. The office was also very helpful. I had them back for a maintenance call. They are now my AC company. I highly recommend them.

Super fast, on-time, and great communication! Eddie came to our house same-day, diagnosed the issue (was a major power surge due to lightning) and recommended the three options. We chose to purchase a brand new unit, and they came out to install a brand-new indoor/outdoor unit and got us cool again the next day (on a Sunday!). They even helped us with our insurance claim and replaced the thermostat. Dan was awesome, too... sent a quality assurance person to inspect and were able to repair the crushed ducts from the cable installers that stepped on our air ducts from a previous job. Thank you!

Missed sealing all vents. Completed on 3rd visit. Failed to use drop clots causing us to do the cleanup. Thought to be an excessive charge for about 4 to 5 hours of work. There was a substantial difference in what was quoted and what was written by person doing work. Management said to disregard the lower price quoted. Said they would send e-mail regarding this matter. Never did. Later found a local add that would have done the job for almost half the price.

I called for a simple annual maintenance call which they said would cost $39 they said from 12-2 they called me about 6 times with different updates. "he'll be there today" "he'll be there after his next job." "he's almost in his way" etc etc He ended up coming 45min after the window. He started by telling me all the negative things about my home warranty. Then he looked at my A/c unit opened the shut off box that happened to not be working and quoted me $400 to get it fixed. Then all of a sudden he suggests calling the warranty company to see if they will pay. A wire became disconnected due to a lighting strike which was true but it lost contact after he opened the unit to look inside. He was unable to reconnect it and we were at this point with no A/c and an estimate of $400. I ended up sending him home luckily they did not charge me. I called Robert Breaux, LLC who was the original spot I made but because it was $80 I cancelled. I should of went with him to begin with. He came in less than an hour fixed the unit gave us a breakdown of all the things we need to look for. Cleaned it serviced it got it back running and all for $80. I'll never call our place again. I'll stick with Robert.

The technician, Nelson, was very knowledgeable and personable. There was a bit of confusion about the scheduling, and I thought the price for a capacitor was a little high.

They had a good attitude, did an excellent job. Looks like a brand new unit!
