The first technician who come to check the ac didn’t evaluated correctly. What me made bought parts that didn’t make the ac run. What made me got 3 days without my ac working. And then I got a hole new unit from them, which is very overpriced, but how they guaranteed the best price hope to get diference back, because i already got another cheaper quotes.

Our Place responded quickly to our call. They found the problem and got our system working until the required parts came in. They kept us updated on the parts status and when the repairmen would arrive.

Our Place was to give a second opinion and summary of incomplete/damaging work done by HONEST AC. The first evaluation was inaccurate as to the damage that was done by HONEST AC with an ineffective report of the cut boards . This needed info was too late to file claim with HONEST AC. Our Place had to replace the destroyed/missing parts..costing us approx. $2700.00! with no recourse. Seems they would have listened to us/our renters and two sets of techs from HONEST AC . SAD! Jason (tech) and customer service was outstanding. Estimator would not listen to how HONEST ABE (original installer) had destroyed the expensive i interface boards and did not accurately inform the extensive damage to bank of America until too late for recourse.

Had some difficulties initially, but very much appreciated the owner's attention to my situation and his desire to assure excellent service.

Got an AC checkup. They determined work needed to be done. Estimate seemed high for the work needed to be done but they had several options to choose from. They were trustworthy and not too pushy on sales.

Very good follow through and extremely great customer service.

They were a great company to work with from start to finish.

The 2 men that came to my home to install the duct work were the nicest men>so polite,well mannered,did some small extra work for me ('m a widow) without any questions or stating that they couldn't because they were here for one job only. Do to a few steps they came out 3 times and never missed a beat. They cleaned up what ever mess they had. i will most likely recommend your company to my friends if all your employers are like them. This company recommended that I replace my 9 year old air condition unit with a 8 thousands dollar new unit, but if I could pay cash it would cost 5 thousands. They said I had a leak in my system. There was not a leak in my system. There was a problem with the air flow in my system. No I would not recommend this company. This is my opinion only.

The first guy Rick, comes and with his fancy talk , talks up a storm of all that they are gonna do for me with a life time warranty, then he sends out a guy who has limited English and this guy is done in like 2 hours, so to mast all of my air conditioner ducts and supposed tape all the seams in my ducts was $700 a lot if you ask me, when all I wanted was a few ducts fixed that where leaking, then the hurricane comes and now my house feels like it's pulling in heat, so I call them mm up and a guy comes out, complaining the whole time and just puts a thermometer up to the vents after jacking my air down to 73, and never goes up in the attic to check the duct work that is warrentied?????
