Robert was great. And the attention we got from the office themselves was above expectations as well.

They showed up when they were supposed to do and did a great job.

They are a little expensive but I decided to go with them 1) I needed the repair work done. 2) good reviews 3) I opted for their preventive service, in Florida it is a necessity. The detractions are for cost. Mostly labor involved, about 3 hours of work over $1,200 cost. I had leaking duct work throughout the attic which was causing mold to grow on the areas around the leaks. Their cost were estimated per vent. The cost also included a 2/year service plan and an new anti microbial bulb every year. Every employee was professional and courtious. They all get high marks.

I was basically told we will do my job when they had a bigger job I’m my area.

The AC repair technician charged me $886 to refill puron AC gas. The capacity of the AC unit is 9 pounds. I did some research after and Amazon sells a 25 pound cylinder of Puron for only $136. What a rip off!

They did not complete a "duct cleaning" where they use a machine to clean all the ducts in the house. So I was disappointed that they told me they were cleaning the ducts. They only took off the vent covers and cleaned that area. UPDATE - Owner of company later reached out and sent for air ducts to be cleaned again as originally agreed upon. Thankful for owners follow up.

The coils in the air conditioning unit were cleaned and that was done very well. All the ductwork was replaced and that was done well too.
