We had issues with our heater not working. The home warranty company sent out a company that replaced the main control board but the unit still did not work. I called Our Place Air and Home Repair to give me a second opinion. The tech found the board had not even been installed correctly. He connected it and gave me suggestions on what more my unit needed. There was no charge for this second opinion or the work he did to fix the job the other company didn't do correctly.

I hired them for replacing the duct work. They were very professional and the work was done in timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

AMAZING SERVICE! I filled out the online Home Advisor questionnaire and within minutes I had a personal call from "Our Place Air and Home Repair". It was a very professional and courteous person and he confirmed the availability of senior technician to arrive within the hour! As promised, Stephan showed up promptly and briefed me on the process and proceeded to troubleshoot the system. I assumed it would not be good news as it's an old, construction grade furnace system. Stephan gave me a detailed description of the failed components as well as the repair cost. He presented a very reasonable solution. I have contracted with them to install an entirely new system that is Made in America! They will be installing it tomorrow. Price was certainly a concern but prompt and professional service was paramount. Stephan delivered both and instilled the confidence that his team will be there for me. Most importantly, Stephan also sold me "peace of mind" for the next ten years! That is truly outstanding customer service! I sincerely appreciate his commitment and dedication to duty! HOOAH !! My furnace heating system failed. Our Place actually called me because they must have been notified by Home Adviser. They sent a senior tech. To troubleshoot the problem which he said was a relay but I had to buy the entire heating element because they could not buy parts. Tech spent about 30 minutes on phone to see if he could find the heating element. They found one and a second tech came to install heating element. It was quickly installed and we had heat and the tech left. The heat was cycling on and off as supposed to but the house was never coming up to full set temperature. I opened the furnace and looked at the heating element they had installed. The original unit was a 10 KW unit and they installed a 7.5 to 10 KW depending on the voltage applied meaning I was getting just slightly over 8 KW which is not adequate for size of my house. I contacted the company and was assured they would bring the correct one as soon as it came in. It took about five days and a tech. Showed up with the same unit. I went through the problem with the tech. And he said he would call the office to explain to them the problem. Since this time I have called the office four or five times and each time I am told someone will call me. The weather has been cold of late so I went on line to find the parts to repair the old unit and found them almost immediately and they were Original Equipment Mfg. replacement parts that took just a few days to be delivered. I installed them on heating original heating element, tested then removed the unit installed by Our Place and installed original one on the furnace. The parts were about ten percent of the cost that Our Price charged to replace the unit. I understand that tech. can make mistakes or pick up the wrong part in error and that happens. When I discuss what was installed with the Tech or person who answers the phone it seems like they have no idea what is needed to repair the furnace. Now I have paid them and have to try to get my money back as I had to repair the heating element myself; Since the original writing of this review in Jan I was called by the owner and after telling him of the above he agreed that his team had dropped the ball. He immediately refunded the money I had paid for his service and also paid for the parts I had purchased. I believe this company to be a reputable one. Once Mgt. realized there was issue they immediately took the necessary steps to remedy it. I have received many calls to make sure that I am satisfied with the work so there is quality followup. The tech. that installed the defective part seemed to have a lot of experience in doing this work. I would definitely use this firm in the future.

Paid over $9,000.00 for a replacement unit. They had to return 8 times to get the unit running properly. Failed to pass Orange County inspectors final inspection twice. Final inspection still pending. Legal actions pending.

I found Our Place on Home Advisor, and I scheduled an appointment. A couple minutes after I made the appointment Mike from Our Place called to confirm. He was very pleasant and helpful. Roberto called to let me know when he was on his way AND he was on time to the appointment which is so great considering I have a new baby and a loud dog. He was very meticulous in inspecting the entire air conditioning system. Roberto kept me informed and gave me plenty of options on how to fix the issues. I would highly recommend Our Place to a friend.

Great service, even arrived early to appointment. Pointed out other fixes and efficiency recommendations but was not pushy with up selling to me. Highly recommended.

He exuded confidence, which helped my nervous wife relax and trust his repairs. he diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it quickly--and correctly. The heat is back on, for which we must express great appreciation. I don't think the job could have been done any better.
