Very polite and did great

Only one word describes this company FANTASTIC!!! From start to finish they are friendly, professional, accurate and informative. They show you what is wrong and how to fix it. They took out the defective part just to show me how burnt it was. They answer when you call them and come out if necessary. If I could leave them more than 5 stars I would. Their customer service is GREAT. They treat you like family and to me that says it all.

The technicians were very polite and were very conscientious of using booties for their work boots. Their customer service personnel were awesome at keeping me updated on where I was on the list of work orders and when to expect the service technicians. Not once did I need to call them to enquire as to an ETA. Excellent!!

They didn't *erk me off

Communication is excellent ,very helpful and friendly.

I hired this company over a year ago on a warranty maintenance program. They never send the same people to your home, I really question their knowledge of their trade. When they connected gages to my system, I lost refrigerant in my system each time. I hired another company to check it, and found I was a pound and a half low of refrigerant, causing my system to sweat. They often took several days to respond to maintenance or repair requests, and often arrived very unprepared even though I explained the nature of the problem over the phone first.

good work, but took a while long

Had to reschedule because tech was late. First tech miss diagnosed problem. Second tech was better but did not know our system - spent a lot of time looking through manual to try to understand. Second tech said that they would get back with prices and options but a week and a half later still nothing. I called and asked for a status and did not get anywhere. Don’t select these guys unless you like to waste your time and like a hot home. Don’t understand how they were recommended by Home Advisor. Because of this referral I won’t use home advisor again either!
