Austin Johnson came out on a same day emergency repair for our AC and did a great job. They had the part in their van and were able to swap it out, and took the extra time to check it over and make sure everything was working right afterwards.

More experienced electrician needed

..The guys just needed their own ladder ð ª . I had a ladder they were able to use but had I not, they would have had to go back to the office and that would have delayed my day. All in all they performed the work and my garage is much cooler on a hot day. Mission accomplished

I was told that I advised them what my problem was and what we did to try to resolve it which was to use a wet bag and try to blow the line clear ourselves. He said the gentleman would come out do a diagnostic and give me a quote. That was never done. He did his work, which I thought it was the diagnostic, he cleared the line, and then brought me in a contract and a bill for $354

We had Drew come out to our house within an hour of calling when our AC shut off. He took the time to explain all the parts of our unit, how they work together , and why things werenâ t working.
