Our Place's technical rep, Patrick Frank, thoroughly checked out our condo's system and gave us price points for replacing it. A few days later, Our Place's team of Ricky and Kareem arrived May 4, 2020. They laid a tarp to protect the floor and they wore fresh masks (as did we, seniors,) while they worked. It could not have been a better experience. High-5 too for receptionist/appointment manager, Karen, who Cheerfully checked and confirmed several times when to expect Our Place reps.

I had difficulty understanding their process for acquiring and displaying a work permit. The work has been completed and I still have not seen an official permit. and certainly have not acquired a copy The workmen themselves were excellent especially considerate Of not harming or messing up my home and trying not to inconvenience me in anyway

Jude was really professional and knew what he was doing. Found the problem really fast and got tot work great stuff will definitely hire them again

Had them come out to verify correct installation of a thermostat and overall health check of system. I was very impressed with the tech (Brandon). He really knew his work and explained the system to bottom for me. I elected to get a yearly maintenance contract with based on his knowledge and the confidence he projected in this company. Very pleased we contacted them.

did the job really quickly- ac is a must, followed up and their team was professional.

Josh Bell was able to determine that the water senser was good. He also found that the Condenser Capacitor was bad and he replaced it. These 2 items Stay Cool didn't find them. The only thing he did was clean Condensate line, but didn't have a vacuum cleaner use. He asked me if I had one, which i did and he used MY VACUUM CLEARN TO DO THE JOB and HE charged me $236.00 !!!

Their tech Rob Vela was respectful and knowledgable. He was professional and gave me a sense that he was honest. I will definitely call again. The prices were not too bad and the customer service was excellent, starting with the person who responded to my call to the tech who repaired my A\C. Thank you.
