They are not professional, organized, nor honest.

Jovan communicated with us before he came out to the house. He was on time and was not only very informative and experienced, he was professional and courteous. His goal was to be certain that we understood everything he was doing and why. Other companyâ s wanted to sell us a whole new system. He called us after going back to the office and discussing his findings with his supervisor. Everyone we spoke to at Our Place was exceptionally helpful. Jovan went above and beyond out expectations. Great experience! Call no one else! I cannot express enough what a great experience this was for us. Honest company! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Blessings!

Michael Stephens was great. He explained how to keep my system running well in between 6 month service calls and was very courteous.

My technician, Jovan, was very kind and curious. I was impressed with his knowledge, with the work he performed, the advice he discussed with me about how my A/C system is performing, providing some recommendations to improve the performance and protection devices for keeping my system running at peak efficiency, and on how ways I can extend the life of my system. Jovan deserves 2 lunches as far as I am concerned. I hope Our Place Home and Air receive this review.
