+ -1 moreHe totally forgot about our appointment, that I made a week in advance. After calling him, he shows up, spend maybe 10 minutes inspecting the job. Tells me to email him and he'd have the proposal ready Saturday (this was on a Friday). I couldn't find his email address anywhere, so text him my address. No response. The following Wednesday, after hearing nothing from him, I texted him that I no longer needed his services. That's when he text " am sending proposal today." I never got it, one week later.
