Everything was excellent from the start to finish. Andy gave me a great price and Jeff handled permits and all the paperwork. Andy and Jeff took the time to address all our concerns and needs. The workmanship was top notch and the crew very respectful. The roof turned out beautiful and they cleaned up really well. I can’t say enough about this company, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had them provide me with an estimate which they e-mailed to me. I hadn't talked to them in person so there were some things about the estimate that needed to be addressed. I sent them an e-mail with those items, and also requested that any workers be legally allowed to work in the U.S. and speak english . A person named Jeff responded via e-mail telling me "We employ a diversity of people with a wide variety of skill levels and unfortunately based on your request for an installation crew with a specific background we will have to withdraw as a candidate from the estimate process." This tells me that they are hiring illegal/undocumented workers in violation of the law.

Top notch work from start to finish. This is a very well managed company with a great work crew with many years of service. Their attention to detail is amazing.

Leak was repaired, additional leak in garage was found and repaired, along with some other small issues. it has been almost a year now and no more leaks. We were very satisfied with the professionalism and service.

They were very professional, polite, and easy to deal with. They were very accommodating in making changes to the original bid. They were also very good at cleaning up every day and took time to cover windows and the HVAC unit. I was very impressed with how good they were at cleaning the job site. I was very pleased with the outcome of the roof and I would highly recommend this company.

From my first contact with Orange County Roofing, I found their professionalism and response to questions very prompt and courteous. They made an appointment to do the estimate. Although they were slightly higher in cost than the other roofers we contacted for estimate, it was decided we would go with this company due to their professionalism. They worked around my schedule (I work nights) and did their best to ensure it did not inconvenience anyone in the house. We have had no problems with the new roof, and am very pleased with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

Thanks to Jeff and Andy at Orange County Roofing for helping fix a pesky intermittent roof leak at our home. They are both very professional and took their time to figure out exactly what needed to be fixed (and what didn't need to be fixed). Their crew was good and fast and cleaned up everything before they left.

Orange Count Roofing's service was outstanding. They were meticulous and took a picture of every step of the process. They were timely and always started and finished when they said they would. All of the workers were personable and competent. The company is family owned and they take a lot of pride in their work. They went above and beyond and defnitely provided the best service of any roofing company I have worked with. They even upgraded my house to code which saved me a significant amount of money with my home owner's insurance.

I could not be more pleased with my new roof on my house and garage apartment. Jeff and Andy were great during the whole process. Its been pleasure working with a roofing company that is so dedicated to quality and detail as they were. Its not often I recommend someone unless they have the highest of standards as I do and if you have ever hired a roofer you will know that's few and far between. I look forward to working with them again on other jobs I have coming up and would no hesitate to recommending them to anyone.

They were terrific! They were here from 8 to 6 everyday, and they were great throughout the entire process. We had two problems, but they corrected those immediately.

Had to change the roof of our office building and Jeffrey was there from start to finish. He assisted us in every question we have and their crew did a great job!

They came when they said they were going to come. They did what they said they were going to do, plus a little bit extra.

They did a wonderful job. They did it in a timely manner and put in a light in the ceiling. They gave me all the pictures for wind mitigation so I can turn it into my insurance company. They were very patient when I changed my mind on the color. They did a great job of cleaning up all messes. They didn't expect payment until they finished the work. Overall, the roof is beautiful.

I think they did an excellent job on my roof. I was doing some other work on the home, and they helped out and did not charge me for it. They were very helpful, and they went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. The clean up was great, and they were very professional.

Orange County Roofing was recommended by a friend who had the company install a new roof for her a year earlier. We were very pleased with the process every step of the way. The estimate was comparable to several others we had received and they offered helpful suggestions for areas of concern such as our skylight and shallow roof valleys. A supervisor was on the job with the crew throughout the process and the crew itself was very neat, quiet and professional. All work was performed on time. The roofers provided photographs documenting each step of the process for insurance purposes and made themselves available for any questions our insurance company had. All personnel associated with the job were very pleasant to work with and all phone calls were answered or returned promptly. I would definitely recommend Orange County Roofing for a good product and good service.

If I could grade them on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, onetime, and professional. I felt that their prices were very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them. Their workers are very well trained.

THEY TOUCHED BASE WITH US PRIOR TO COMING OUT, AND THEY TOLD US WHEN THEY WERE COMING OUT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY LEFT NOTHING OUT. WE WATCHED THEM DOING OTHER JOBS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND THEY WERE EVERYTHING YOU WOULD EXPECT IN A GOOD COMPANY. THEY USED THE MATERIAL THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS HERE, AND HE DID A LOT OF THE WORK, TOO.
