I left a detailed message which included my name (spelled out), phone number and the problem I was having. No return call was received. I even checked my caller ID to see if I had perhaps missed the call.
Description of Work: Dryer had control panel issue. Would not work on all settings and would start on its own.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was not working properly. The freezer was freezing but the refrigerator was not cold. The person on the phone advised that there were 3 possible problems and quoted a price to repair each. Repairman came out, diagnosed problem and repaired refrigerator for quote price.

He examined the machine, started it and observed its need for repair. He informed me he wouldn't be able to repair the machine, charged me nothing and recommended a company that could repair it.

They were so prompt and cost effective, I called them when I was having issues with my dryer not getting hot. They were prompt, called to confirm, email confirmation, and called to let me know they were a half hour late. Took part out, showed where it was broken, cleaned all accumulated lint, installed new part and was done in less than an hour. This is a great company with great customer service and reasonable rates. I would use them again for any major appliance.

Description of Work: Ice maker on company refrigerator was making a large banging noise and causing the door to open whenever somebody wanted to get ice. The company came out the next day after the call. Confirmation of appointment was received by email and phone call. Confirmation of technician service time was also confirmed by email and phone. Service technician was great and explained our problem. While it was operator error, he explained how we could go about not letting that happen again in the future. He adjusted the ice maker bin, set it correctly into the door, adjusted a couple of inside knobs for the ice maker and was finished within 45 minutes.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. He knew what he was doing. It seemed like the labor cost was a lot for the service performed. I had a leaking issue that he could have fixed but he said he was only out to fix the coupler. I felt he should have looked at the other the issue since I paid so much.

+ -1 moreWilmer was fantastic! He was at our house within two hours of my initial call and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in one hour. He punctual, professional and courteous. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: We had quite a lot of water on the floor from an apparent leak under our LG dishwasher. I called several repairmen on Angie's List, but not everyone services LG appliances. I called Orange County Appliance Repair and Wilmer took my call and said that he could be at my house within the next two hours. He called when he was about 15 minutes away to update his schedule. He arrived and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He fixed the problem quickly which required replacing a hose under the kitchen sink and cleaned up the mess. I thought the rate he charged very fair for the timely service he gave us.

We called them again just recently since the ice maker stopped working, but after 4-5 days, the ice maker started working again, so we cancelled the appointment.
