+ -1 moreMy requesting e-mail was clear, "we have no power at the pool light." We changed the bulb and it still doesn't work. Jose came out and verified what we already knew. We still need an electrician willing to work on a pool light wiring.
Description of Work: Jose told me that we needed an electrician to fix the problem.

+ -1 moreThis is the first full month that I am using them. I want to give them some time to make sure that they are doing their job. So far it has been good. They charge $70 a month. They charge different amounts for different services but the one I selected was $70 a month. They were very responsive when I called them to give me a quote. He came out immediately to take a look at the pool. He is a one-man shop which I like. He is handling other pools in my community. I like the thought that he is going to be in the community. He is doing his job. He comes out every week and takes care of the pool. I would recommend him to others. They were very responsive at the beginning and they have real good prices. That has come as a good combination; they are responsive and have good prices. I cannot beat that. I will use them in the future.

+ -1 moreVery happy with monthly service. Have never had further problems with my pool pump or automatic pool cleaner. Again, would highly recommend the services provided by Jose.
Description of Work: Jose has been servicing my pool for the past 3-4 years. He is extremely reliable, personable and very knowledgeable. I have not submitted a price, as I am one of his initial customers and don't know what his current pricing is. He has been willing to negotiate the monthly service charge with me trading off a service; i.e., I clean my own filter (which I've always enjoyed doing). I would highly recommend his services. Jose also replaced my pool pump and automatic pool sweep a few years ago.
