I have used this roofing contractor a few times and they are incredible. They were honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Gregg, the owner meets with you personally and he and his son stay involved with the project until it is finished. Helen in the office is also fantastic. Great crew, great experience.

After living in our house for less than 2 months, our Insurance Company demanded that we replace our roof at our cost by a certain time or they would drop us. This is in spite of 2 different roofing contractors saying our roof had 6-8 years of use left. Next Level Roofing did everything they could to help us meet the Insurance deadline. They performed the contract to all specifications in time for us to meet our insurance deadline. Everyone including the owner, office staff, field staff and installers were excellent to work with. They made practical suggestions for installation of a quality product at a fair price and I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had with them.

They did such a great job, I hired them for a 2nd property. Very good company! I feel lucky to have found them. I'm 61 years old, I have hired a lot of people, this is a well-run business, great work ethic, friendly staff, they are organized. I'm happy about the work. I'm having them out this Thursday to look at a 3rd property. Thank you to Greg, Denise and Helen for helping me get my roof work done, much appreciated!

It was wonderful! They started on a Thursday and finished up that Tuesday. It would have been quicker had it not rained a few of those days but they got it taken care of much quicker than I expected. I'm very, very pleased with the service. Thank you!

Greg showed up a little late but that was not a problem. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again regarding a price for the necessary work.

The crew was attentive to the situation and quickly determined the solution to the problem . They assessed the damage caused and professionally repaired the area affected. The manner in which they fixed the situation and cleaned up the area is greatly appreciated!!

It went very well. Even single wide trailer roofs are expensive, but Next Level Roofers price was fair and they did a fantastic job.

This company was a recommendation from a neighbor. They were pleased and highly recommended them. The workers showed up when they said they would and completed the new roof sooner than estimated. From the beginning of the process the office manager Helen was very great to work with. She kept us updated on everything so we would know what was being done. They came on time when they said that they would, they were very patient as I chose what type and color shingle and drip edge that I wanted and also finished up on time. They made certain to obtain all the proper permitting. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Very nice and professional people!

Next level roofers is a professional And honest roofing company. They did exactly what they said they’d do. They didn’t come up with a bunch of additional charges at the end that weren’t mentioned before. The owner is nice and easy to talk to. You get a good family vibe from the owner and his two sons. We got 4 quotes and went with next level roofing because of the honest good vibes and the price was fair!

Excellent service on our roof repair. We interviewed several roofers and Next Level Roofers were by far the most knowledgable about our older homes roof structure that is not built on particle board. We were on a tight timeline because of an upcoming trip. They worked within that time line so we did not have to worry about our roof leaking while we were gone. Very professional and friendly. We will definitely hire them again when we need a repair or new roof. Their pricing was fair and reasonable.

The people are great and very helpful, Denise and Helen are great. They kept you apprised of any delays and the reasons for the delays, they were weather related.

The roofs of 2 properties I just acquired were well overdue for a replacement. Next Level roofers were flexible and able to fit me into their schedule with a quick turnaround. There was a lot of damaged wood to replace and they accommodated my request for progress pictures. Great responsiveness throughout the process and fair pricing. The warranties offer for both the product and service are also very competitive.
