Our drainage pipe was blocked and all our toilets were backing up. The first time they came out they were able to snake the blockage loose but they did warn me that it most likely caused by a root from a large tree in our yard. Sure enough about six months later the same thing happened again and this time we had to replace the pipe. They dug up the front yard, replaced the old clay pipe with a newer pvc pipe and then put the yard back together again. Not a fun job for them I'm sure but they were always cheerful, friendly and professional. Would definitely call them again. Thanks guys!

I originally met Luis when I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening. He had just finished up a job next door and I asked him if he would come take a look at the outdoor spigot that just broke. I had been calling companies and freaking out about the high prices of emergency rates I was about to pay. He had the spigot replaced in under an hour and charged me next to nothing for it. He had a very positive attitude and was more interested in helping out with the problem than he was about the money. I've only had good experiences with him ever since, including a re-plumbing of my entire house. I've not had a single leak or issue in the 5 years since he did that job.

Luis always answers our frantic calls and responds immediately. He has found and fixed leaks and "icky" smells numerous times for us. He has always cleaned up after his work and is very consciencious. I would recommend Luis and New Village Plumbing for work at your place of residence or business.
