NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance

These guys are the absolute best! For starters I was laying a pallet of new sod and needed some new heads installed to make sure it was being watered sufficiently. I called them on a Tuesday and they were able to get to me that week before I laid the sod. They did this as a professional courtesy and outside of their already busy schedule. While there, they did a tuneup and a really good one. I've used other companies for tuneups and felt ripped off. They walked with me thru all my zones and flagged any heads that needed adjustment. Any quick adjustments were taken care of on the spot and others were flagged for replacement. For the cost of the tuneup any small adjustments were taken care of, which was really fair, it was worth the cost by itself. They put me on the schedule and got back out to me to do the rest of the adjustments after helping me get situated and ready for sod. They found a few more things while here and were transparent about additional cost. Once they were done, for the first time since I've lived here, I finally feel my irrigation is done right! I don't have heads that are hitting shrubs and not watering properly and I'm getting good coverage throughout. Highly recommend and will never look elsewhere for my irrigation needs. They also do landscaping, will keep them in mind for that too.

The team at NCG did an amazing job on our jungle of a backyard. I still can't believe the difference. They were punctual, professional, and got everything done faster than I thought was possible. Already have an appointment for estimates on the rest of our projects!

I had some areas in my lawn where the grass was beginning to brown due to lack of water. The sprinkler heads were overshooting in some areas, missing entirely in others and misplaced in yet other areas. Morne' set a schedule to come out but called and said he could come out earlier than scheduled if it was okay with me. I agreed, so he came out and evaluated the entire area. Morne' was an absolute gentleman and his professionalism was unparalleled. He provided me a very honest, reasonable estimate; and also explained the to potential highest range that the work would cost should additional labor be required. His prices were extremely reasonable and the service was stellar. The guys arrived before scheduled time and immediately went to work addressing every area of concern and also soliciting my input along the way. Bottom line, the work was exceptional; the price was fair and reasonable and I just found my only go to landscaping professionals. 👍🏽

They don't cut anymore than it's nessesary to keep the tree heathy. They use laders instead if climbing the tree using boots with spikes on them. They are prompt in responding quickly to calls and very respectful of the client.

Morné responded to our email right away. He made an appointment within a few days to come out to our house. He was very attentive to our needs and made great suggestions. We knew what we didn't want, but weren't sure what would look good. His suggestions were perfect with the end result. The landscapers who came out were prompt and very hard workers. They completed the job in 2 days. We needed everything changed. The plants we had were way overgrown. Now it looks neat and clean. We are thrilled with the work they did.

We used NCG for several years. Extremely reliable. I don’t recall a time they ever missed a week. Once a year or so we had them do extra lawn jobs that weren’t part of the weekly service. Always did a good job.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Morne and the NCG team. Prior to beginning work on our project, Morne invested significant time visiting the site and learning about our landscaping needs. He provided numerous plant options and came prepared with pictures and schematics. Throughout the design process, it was clear Morne listened to what we were looking for. Morne was also well versed in plant needs and was able to provide solid feedback regarding what plants would survive in our yard and specifically where they should be placed. When the process began, Morne worked diligently to efficiently complete the job while not compromising quality at any level. Some of our desired plants were out of season and Morne provided us with "temporary" replacement plants so the yard would look complete until they were in season. He also ensured that we reviewed the plant locations prior to them being placed. After planting, Morne has returned multiple times to check on the plants ensuring they are taking properly and has suggested some modifications that may be needed based on what he is seeing. The NCG team provided an extremely high quality product for an extremely competitive price. Morne personally invested significant time to make sure the job was done right and met our needs. He consistently went out of his way meeting with us late into the evening to accommodate our work schedules. Without question, I would go back to the NCG team and would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

Don't trust this company. They are the epitome of crooks

Not only did they do a nice job with the landscaping they repaired the sprinklers so that the plants will flourish and made sure the landscape lighting was working.

Of the number of firms we called, only one, NCG, was able to respond to our need. They came out the very same day we called and fixed our sprinkler. Even though it was on the weekend, their charge was quite responsible.

Morne and his guys are excellent. We will be hiring them to do more work on the front when we have the budget for it. Removed 1 tree and a dozen unsightly bushes close to house walls. Repaired and replaced sprinkler system with sprinklers and drip irrigation for 3 trees. Removed approximately 6 inches of dirt and what was left of previous sod that was killed by chemicals theoretically supposed to promote grass growth and kill weeds(killed half weeds and all lawn... fired that company). Extended Lanai by approximately 150 sq feet. Planted 30 gallon Valencia Orange tree, 30 gallon Meyer Lemon tree, and 10 gallon Sweet Kumquat tree. Constructed 12 foot diameter circular area with 1 foot tall, 3 foot diameter fire pit in center. Laid circular area with gravel and liner to keep gravel mostly in fire pit area. Laid new sod. 2 week project due to cold snap that caused a wait for sod to come back to life. Would normally have been 1.5 weeks.

Morne was very responsive and took time to communicate and recommend options for the new plants, include designs for reshaping our plant beds. He was very patient while we worked through the final plan. We are happy with the end result and would definitely hire again.

There was damage from the hurricane to one of the tallest trees, and the staff was very careful when pruning what was left. They used ladders, and didn't scalp the foliage or bark. Two queen palms in the front yard had a couple frons that hit the house when it was windy. Since the NCG company trimmed these trees, the problem has not occurred again. I am grateful for all the fine work Mr. Brittnell and his staff has done for me.

Although the estimates were fair and comparable to other companies, our family couldn't afford to do all the work needed at this point. However, we were so impressed with Morne's courtesy and professionalism, that we plan to reconnect in the future.

Did a great job! Moved and changed our lawn sprinkler system as necessary. When some of the trees that arrived from the nursery were not what we ordered, Morné sent them back and had the nursery resend the correct trees. Finished on time and on budget, and the back yard now looks great.

Oh how lovely and stress free to find a company that does the job right in such an efficient and professional manner. Morne and his crew are just the best. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I am definitely not an expert by any means in lawn and landscaping, so I liked that Morne gave me options for the ideas I had for the work I wanted done. I was only home some of the times they were at my house working, but I was so impressed with the work ethic I witnessed. And when the pressure washing was done they did far more than I asked. This company puts as much care into their trade as I do mine as a nurse. I can honestly say I have finally found my lawn and landscapers after going through 5 different other companies. I want the best and I have it!

Morné had a couple guys go out to the home and clean up everything we had discussed free of charge! His donation towards our cause of getting wounded veterans back into society cannot be overstated enough! He was extremely prompt with communication, very courteous in all communication, and very thorough in the work that was done. No matter the job, if he covers your area I absolutely recommend you give this company a call!

You can tell he loves his job. He is extremely knowledgable and excited to help. I don't know anything about plants, so I asked him to recommend plants and the layout and I couldn't be happier. Even around the hurricane mess, he was able to fit me in. He still checks in every few days to see how the sod is doing and to make sure I'm still happy.

I have used them so many times. Morne and his team is superior! They do my weekly lawn and scrub care. But have also welandscaped entire yard, adjusted when requested and my home is so much better than when I moved in 14months ago. Morne is responsive quotes upfront and I never have to worry - work done over my expectations. I highly recommend them.
