Nevertheless, the price they quoted for basic service of mowing, edging, blowing and some flowerbed weeding was 50% more than the quotes other providers quoted for the same service features. |Although this company seems to be very professional and dependable at this time their price is way above the average market price.

I thought I would get three hours of service, but got two guys for an hour and a half - another surprise, but this was the first time I used Angie's List, so learned to read the fine print first before I sign up!

We have asked in the past to have a regular quarterly service set up but that has not happened. I'm giving them an overall grade of C because their work in the past has been good but there is no point in being someone's regular customer if you can't reach them.

Otherwise, work was performed according to my specifications. Would use them again if I had any relatively low level tree trimming to do.

Description of Work: Bill and is crew came and did a major clean up to get our yard in great shape. We started have him come every week for lawn service. The yard has not looked that good in years. Monday, my husband drove home and so as he came closer to the house and so a sign in our front yard. WE HAD A YARD OF THE MONTH SIGN IN OUR YARD. THANKS BILL!

Description of Work: The guy was a real jerk. He said that the tree service deal did not include palm trimming or anything tall enough to require a ladder. He said that we needed to read the fine print of the offer. This special is just a bait and switch.

Description of Work: I was looking to have this company come do some lawn maintenance work for me. I spoke to Bill Cass and he let me know that they do not service my area, but he was very nice when I spoke with him.

Description of Work: I purchased the promotional coupon for spring clean up for 234.00. Had a bit of a overgrown yard and bushes that needed to be cut back and was hoping to have mulch and some tree branches trimmed back and was willing to pay above and beyond the coupon price for the additional service. When I contacted Bill after buying the deal, I felt he was a bit overwhelmed and bothered to have to come out to service my home, however we set a date about a week later so felt he was rather prompt about getting it done. On our second call before the service he asked the details of what I needed done and I explained, small yard, needs a mow and a few bushes needed to be trimmed back, I also would love a few of my tree branches cut back and some fresh mulch would be great. Asked if he could come out to give an estimate above the coupon price for the extra service and was shocked with the response of "absolutely not". Hmmm? really? Ok. So now Im stuck after buying a 234. coupon and already feel I should have just hired the neighbor kid to mow. Also,during that conversation, Bill said this coupon really was just a promotion to earn future business and eludes to the fact that they really were not looking for a big a big job and felt this coupon advertisement was deceiving and was made to feel I had to convince him my yard wasnt that bad, small and even quoted him that it should only take a couple of hours to do "if that?" with two guys. Now I just want my money back in service. Scrapped the wonderful fantasy of a big spring clean up coupon, now I just want to get my moneys worth. They showed yesterday and mowed, trimmed, left a few of my landscape lights tossed on my patio? Looks way better, no major complaints. Received a followup call to see if I liked what they did. I asked Bill for "kicks" if they would come out for weekly or every other week for future business....he said no...Too far to travel. I live on the west side of Orlando hes on the east side. Lesson learned. Some people are not that eager to work even on Angies list.
