Description of Work: Hired this company to trim some trees for one of my properties in the first week of November. A month later on Dec. 1 the property inspection report pointed out "The trees and vegetation are touching the house and they should be trimmed away or removed to prevent damage to the house." It was somewhat disturbing and disappoint. I then hired someone else for tree trimming for another property that I have. In comparison, the 2nd company (Not NCG) did a much better job at a lower cost.

Description of Work: Called to get assistance with my lawn that needed repair. Called left voicemail Wednesday morning 11/21. As of today 11/25 I have not received a call back maybe they do not service my area or do not perform the work I needed based on my details in my voicemail. I really will not know the answer because they never bothered to call me back.

Description of Work: as with others,I'm sure, clarifying that'3 man hours' can translate into 45 minutes for a crew would have helped. And that the cost of hauling away what was cut, would be an additional cost. There was not enough time to focus on all of my priorities, but all in all a good portion of the trees were cut back. Everyone was polite.

Description of Work: trim large hedges and bushes. Remove large cactus. haul away all trimmings. |Right on schedule and cleaned up well. The only part that worried me was he did not remmeber including the trimming of a large bush in the pricing. This is a bush I specifially pointed out and he walked around it to survey the amount of work. He did end up trimming so all ended well. Since he did not write anything down while looking at several weeks before I suggest you have him take notes or pictures so there is no confusion. All in all a good job.

Description of Work: It would be somewhat unfair to rate this business because, I was unable to be present when the work was done. I did not take full advantage of "The Three Hour Tree Service DEAL'. | |For example, there were trees branches growing over the fence from the neighbor's property that could have been easily trimmed back but they were not done. Also, there were trees outside, the front fence that needed trimming back. | |My main concern about the neighbor's tree branch growing over the roof of my house, was not fully eliminated because largest branch, I was told was over 20 feet tall. Trees of that height was NOT covered in "The Deal." | |This tree service was done on a property where the house is vacant and boarded-up. I would use the Business again, only if the service can be performed when I am in town.

Description of Work: NCG cleaned out all of the beds in our front yard, laid down weed barrier, and replanted. Everything looks really good and they were very efficient. The design of the beds (plant arrangement etc.) was also really good. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They trimmed branches off of trees in the front yard and the back yard. Also trimmed palm trees in the front yard. | |Pleased with everything they did. Did an nice job on clean up.

Description of Work: I requested that 3 trees be trimmed back from the house, the carport & from hanging too low in the front yard. They trimmed everything as expected, even more so to my pleasure. They arrived with 5 workers & the boss. They were cleaned up & completed in just over 1 hour. They hauled away everything (for a fee) as agreed. I will definitely use them in the future & highly suggest you do also.

Description of Work: NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance, LLC, took down three palm trees for us. It was a great deal for what was involved and the work they did, it couldn't have gone better than it did.
