I am very impressed with the quality of service for such a fair price.

NCG Landscape was quick to return my call, go to the house to do an estimate and set up a time for the work. All of this was done over the phone, since I live 2 hours away. I would strongly recommend them for any work you need. The company was completely trustworthy and performed over and above what I expected, and was extremely patient with the fact that in my haste to pay them, I mailed the check to the wrong P.O. Box. They were never rude, and never pushy. I would use them again in the event that I need their services.

They were fabulous - very courteous and went above and beyond the scope of work.

Working with Bill has been the best lawn care experience I have ever had - period. He does what he says he will do, works hard, shows up on time, does a GREAT job, and cleans up after himself. He also makes an effort to keep me informed - his professionalism is a great experience. I liked them so much I hired Bill again to take care of a rental proiperty I own.

NCG has been doing my lawn care for 6 months. They are very good at what they do. They are consistent with the lawn care, always the same day. When I first called for an estimate they were at my house that day. Billing and payment is easy, I have found that a challenge with other lawn care establishments in the past. They do a great job on my lawn. I'm so glad I found them.

Called Bill Thursday for an estimate and he was at my home later that day. He gave me an estimate and I said I will call him after consulting my wife. Next day I called Bill and told him I would like to use his service and he had a crew out later that day to do my lawn work. Bill was great to work with and talk to. Bill is excellent!!! He called while en route and brought one helper with him. They arrived on time and began working immediately following a brief introduction. They BOTH worked diligently from start to finish in a highly efficient manner (BIG points on not leaving most of the work to the helper!). My yard was an absolute wreck prior to his cleanup. Bill is kind and respectful; I never doubted whether or not I chose the correct person for the job or if I was in good hands. He knows what he's doing out there and his personal demeanor and standard of service reminds me of the level of customer service one would expect from someone who takes pride in their work and intends to build lasting business relationships. I loved this guy! Hire him...you will be pleased.

Better than I could have ever hoped for. This job involved climbing up into the tree and using trimming equipment that would not harm the tree itself. That oak looks fantastic now! After the job was done, I discussed with Bill getting a bid on our home lawn maintenance for weekly service. As we walked the property and I showed Bill the issues we had had with our prior lawncare service, Danny never stopped working. He was constantly policing the property, pulling weeds (by hand!!), picking up fallen twigs, branches, etc. He did not go sit in the truck to cool off as most guys would have. I got what we feel is a very fair bid to maintain our home lawn and landscape. I will let you know how it works out in 6 months or so.

showed up right on time cleared trees, bushes, and a hugh palmetto bush from against my house. had not done anything around my house for roughly a year and it was a mess. but bill and the crew went to work and now it looks like a different house. great job. now i can concentrate on getting the house painted now i have nothing against the house.. pleasure do to business with and will hire again

Getting the estimate you could tell he was great to work with and was flexible. He showed up right on time and the experience was great. We went forward with it and we agreed on the clean up and he came early and cleaned the yard up in a day and it looks fabulous. The work they performed went above and beyond for us.

I called Bill on a Sunday afternoon and he immediately called back. He came by the house within two hours of my initial call. We walked the yard and discussed my expectations for what I want the yard to look like long term. We agreed that he would take over the weekly mowing, etc and also spend a significant amount of time doing other jobs to get the yard back in shape. He told me he would be back at a certain time to start the service. He has shown up every time he said he would at the time he said he would show up. This is so hard to find and is appreciated. His work has been high quality. When he and his crew are here they are working. My previous yard crew was always on the phone, texting and the like. I have not seen this with Bill's crew. So far I am very pleased with the service with this company.

NCG came to my house to remove a dead tree and some shrubs from my front yard. They were on-time and polite and got that work done very quickly. I had hired them for 2 hours and since they finished the tree and shrub work early they used the rest of the time to mow my yard, weed whack, edge and clean up my yard. It looked GREAT when they were done! I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again in the future.

Bill Kass was very professional and responded in a timely manner. He came out to the house and walked the yard with me to see what I wanted done and he verified the scope of work again before he started the job. He was frank about the amount of work that would be involved and worked with me to get as much done as possible for a reasonable price. He did all the lawn work for $300 (see list above) and the tree trimming (5 large trees and removal of 1 palm tree) for $250, which included the price to haul it all away. He scheduled the work more quickly than I anticipated would be possible, and he brought 2 helpers to our house to complete the job within one day. I appreciated his communication at all stages of the process.

I called them for an estimate on the work to remove some trees and shrubs and clear out my backyard. They gave me 2 estimates one to just clear things out in the backyard and one to clean out the backyard down to the ground and lay down new weed barrier and mulch. We decided to have the backyard cleaned out down to the ground and lay down the new weed barrier and mulch. When they came to do the work. They worked every quickly it took 2 days to do all of the work. They then sprayed the yard with weed killer and they told us it would take 8 days for the weed killer to work. They came back after the 8 days and resprayed and then put down the weed barrier and mulch. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the crew. The price for all of the work they did was fair. I will use them again for some additional work that we have planned.

It went great. Once I made a deicison to move forward I had an eye sore transformed to a garden in days.

The owner came out with one helper and trimmed my tree, removed much of the hanging moss and removed all the debris. Although the ad specified only limbs 3 in in diameter, he removed several limbs of much greater size in order to make it apperance more aesthetic. He did an excellent job and I will be using him again.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal with NCG Landscape on March 17, 2012 ($150 for $300 worth of labor). I had two dead trees that needed to be removed and a Cactus tree that had become way overgrown and frankly I was tired of getting stuck by hair fine needles every time I tried to prune it back. I emailed Bill Kass the day I bought the deal - figuring that many like me would have purchased the same deal and it would take quite a while before I could get fit in. Imagine my shock when he emailed me back almost immediately to tell me he had an opening for Monday 3/19! Bill and his assistant were terrific. They completed the job in less than two hours and hauled away all the dead wood and that annoying Cactus. My only additional charge was $125 (as was clearly stated in the offer) for removal of what was cut down. They left almost nothing behind for me to clean up (unlike other services I have used in previous homes I lived in!). And there was NO sales pressure (which you sometimes get when purchasing a great deal from some services - they know you purchased a great deal and try to get you to spend more money while they have you as a captive audience). Bill did ask me if I used a Lawn Service (which he does for a living), but when I responded that I do my own, that was the end of the subject. I highly recommend NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance. One of the best experiences I have had.

Lawn was in horrible shape. Changed lawn maintenance to NCG in january. Thus far lawn is doing remarkably better. All that wasw promised as been delivered on time and according to the agreed upon schedule. Bill Kass is polite, honest, and responsive. After some 12 weeks, I would recommend him without reservation; he can save your lawn!

I first contacted NCG after seeing them listed as a "Big Deal" on Angie's List. Bill promptly responded to my inquiry and I purchased the deal. We made arrangements for him to come by on Monday, March 05, 2012 between 08:00 and 09:00 A.M. Monday arrived and a few minutes before 08:00 A.M. Bill called to advise me he had been held up in traffic on I-4 and would be arriving shortly. (I like this) He arrived a little after 08:00, we talked about what I wanted to get done, and Bill and his helper Danny got right to work. (I like this too) Bill and Danny worked steadily and the area was cleaned up and cleared in no time. Without being asked to do so, (I like this even more!) they then moved to work around the side of my house and then to the back patio and returned once more to blow out the front courtyard. I could not have asked for a more responsive team than Bill and Danny. They accomplished all that I asked of them and more. Despite running into a rough patch with a "neighbor" who was less than appreciative of my clean up; they maintained their cool, continued working and even touched up his area and helped to smooth his ruffled feathers. I found out during their time here that Bill had to travel to Longwood from the UCF area; not exactly around the corner. Yet, Bill is preparing a proposal to do landscaping and said he will come back to do it if we decide to move forward with the project. Would I hire them again? You bet!! Thanks Bill and Danny!!
