NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance

Their prices was a little higher than a competitor, but since we have them for lawn care, I asked if they would match the competitor's price, they lowered their price if we were willing to deal with the leftovers ourselves. I agreed and it worked out very well. They left the branches in my front yard and majority was pickedup by the garbage truck the next day after my husband broke it down a bit. Left my trees looking great.

They did a great job. They were prompt. and did the job the next day after the estimate. It cost more than I was hoping but I needed it done right away and they did what I needed.

I contacted Bill Kass through email and made an apppointment for Saturday, March 23rd to get a quote to mow the grass, trim and edge the yard and some crape myrtyles. He did not show up for the appointment nor did he call to saw he wasn't going to be there or to reschedule.

I bought a house that had not been lived in for 4 years. The landscaping had lots of potential, but was extremely overgrown. I had met with another company and told Bill their quote. He matched it, so I went with him since he had better reviews on Angie's List. I am so glad I did! He does excellent work and exceded all of my expectations! My yard looks so beautiful! I will definitely use Bill in the future!

I contacted NCG to set up an appointment for an onsite estimate. I had purchased the $320 coupon, but knew the entire job would be much more than that. Bill came out on a Saturday. He was very professional and answered all our questions concerning the cost of various procedures, and whether or not he thought certain things could or should be done. He never tried to talk us into anything that would raise the price. In fact, he reminded me that river rock (which I had been considering for the front landscaping) would be much more expensive than mulch, and pointed out the pros and cons of both. He and an assistant came out two days sooner than scheduled. He had mentioned that if there was a change in scheduling, it would be sooner, rather than later. He called before they came, and showed up when he said he would. They immediately got to work, and continued working until around 5:00. He thought the job might take longer than one day, but they were able to complete it that day. When he was clearing out weeds around one of the hedges, he accidently hit the pipe fittings on the water main for the irrigation system. They came unglued, so he let me know what happened and went to Home Depot to get some glue to reattach them. They were not glued very well to begin with. While he was gone, his assistant continued working. They both worked nonstop the entire time they were here. Everything looks great. I would hire him again without hesitation. This is a company that excels at customer service and satisfaction.

They were unable to make the first day scheduled but did calll to reschedule two days prior to the appointment. Then they were two hours early for the rescheduled appointment, we happened to be home but it was not convienent. They did not have the proper tools to trim the high branches and ended up breaking the branches that were too high to trim. The ligustrum is showing signs of stress from the damage. They also left a number of trimmings in the upper branches which are still raining down in our yard. I would advise buyers to beware and read the very fine print. They charged me an additional $125 above the listed deal in order to haul off the debris. I ask you who wants a bunch of tree trimming left in their yard after the the work is done?

NCG's owner Bill Kass and his asst. arrived on time, had been informed by phone and e-mail of the tree removal work I had on my list. They performed beyond the expected, completeing everything I had on my list and then some, and gave me good sound advice on what else might be possible with 2 giant oak trees, other tree conditions, and what I might do to improve the lawn. I highly recommended them to neighbors and my brother-in-law, who came by to watch. Besides the work, what was also A+ impressive was their attitude and helpfulness. This was a "Big Deal" order and was worth every penny and then some. The clean-up and haul-away was equally impressive. I will use them again!

NCG was great about giving details answers to my questions. His crew completed the job while I was away and followed up with me the following day to make sure that I was satisfied with the work done. They removed all the roots as promised and even laid the remaining sod from the pallet in other bald spots in our lawn.

First spoke with Bill Kass on the phone Monday Afternoon. He came by on Tuesday at the appointed time to give me an estimate. Bill and two of his crew showed up on time Wednesday afternoon. Two hours later the back yard was cleared of overgrowth and loaded onto Bill's trailer for a trip to the dump. Job well done.

These folks were on time, did first class work, and sent me photos as the work progressed. As an absentee owner, this was most important. I would have no hesitation to use them again.

, No issue, we walk around what I wanted done. Which one the priorities and which one are not. They manage to do all I wanted done for Tree Service. We had a great deal at Angies List for 4 Man Hour of Tree Service for $ 185.00 than we had to pay $125.00 for taking away all the trimmings. The Palm Tree is $ 75.00 which is 17 feet high. Overall we are very satisfied with the NCG Landscape & Lawn Maintenance LLC Bill Kass is very professional.For 2 people and 2 hours of man labor they did an amazing job!

The crew manicured my yard and did excellent work. I now use them to maintain my lawn year round, and going on two months they have continued to be responsive and do good work.

They were professional, worked quickly and did everything I wanted done.

They really worked with me on the tree and what I wanted to have done. The tree is in an awkward position where some branches were over the fence. They did a great job not having to remove the fence. They were detailed in explaining how they were going to handle the complete trim. They also removed the debris, which I paid extra. They did a great job. I plan on using them in the future. They were very professional and they were fairly easy to schedule with. They followed up with me within a day. We set up a schedule within 4-5 days. They came on a Saturday to do the work.

They seem to go the extra mile on some things. They are very nice and helpful.

Bill and his team were punctual, polite, and professional in performing the yardwork, tree and shrub trimming, and hauling. They worked hard for the two long days - doing a very thorough and professional job transforming our yard from overgrown and unruly to neat and trimmed. Their trimming of the trees and shrubs was expert - they highlighted plants and beds very nicely. They cleaned up the site with care. We were so pleased that we engaged Bill and NCG to perform all our monthly yard work and we asked Bill for his recommendation for phase two of our project - relandscaping. We are new Angies List members and this was our first project using an Angie's List service provider. We could not be more pleased with the first class job - our expectations were definitely exceeded.

It all went good, the two men went out of their way to please us. I had not read that there is a height limit to their work and they accomplished everything they were able to do.

Within 1 hour of contacting Bill, he was on site and we had agreed to the scope of services for same day delivery. The responsiveness was excellent!

he did an assessment of what needed to be done. he emailed an estimate along with a rough drawing. the cost was too high for me at this time, however i will call him back if i decide to have the work done.
