NCG arrived on time on a very hot day and started work immediately. There were five workers and the improvement to the yard is phenomenal They trimmed shrubs, removed dead limbs. pulled weeds, cleaned out old flower beds, raked and planted new rose bushes and African iris They never stopped except for brief water breaks They also took the debris away and even trimmed some shrubs my regular yard guy had not done. After they finished Bill asked me to check if they had accomplished everything, which they had. The yard is gorgeous. I am so glad I found this company on Angie's List.

Bill and his team arrived as planned. They moved some existing plants and installed new ones and mulched. They replaced defective sprinkler heads and pipes. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I contacted NCG Landscape about a whole yard cleanup. They were very professional and courteous. They spent the next 3 days working on the yard and had the experience to know exactly what to recommend be done to make the yard look its best. The results came out looking fantastic and I would definitely use them again.

Bill, the owner, returned call and met up to provide estimate within 24 hrs. Gave a fair price, considering the work. He kept in contact about scheduling, and was able to provide service earlier than originally anticipated. Bill's team was fast and efficient, and completed a great deal of work in a short period of time. He followed up for payment, and came out to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the work performed. After pointing out a couple of minor details, he didn't hesitate to have his team return to take my satisfaction to 110%. I would highly recommend NCG to anyone, and will certainly be using them again.

He arrived at the incorrect address for which I will take the blame, but once he got on site, things did not go well. 1. He destroyed 1 of our fence posts coming into property. 2. He seemed rushed from the beginning. 3. He only worked for 30 minutes and left because, as he stated "I am late for a bigger job" 4. He said that he lost 30 minutes going to the wrong address. Again, I will take the blame on that. 5. I will say this, the job they did do was perfect. Too bad about the rest though.

I sent NCG an email request with a few landscape items I was considering. NCG responded a couple of days later and made an appointment to come to the house. Bill arrived at the appointed time and we walked around the property as I explained all of the things I was considering. The top item on my list was a privacy hedge across my rear lot line. We agreed that Viburnum was the best choice. Bill also took some pictures of the house for a front of house refresh and said he would get back to me with a quote for the hedge in a day or two. I thought the quote was fair for the number and size of installed plants. I agreed to the proposal and mailed in the 50% deposit. Bill made an appointment for the following Saturday. Bill and his crew of three sturdy young men showed up bright and early and got straight to work. I had placed a string line from end to end of the hedge line. I also had marked some irrigation heads and asked the they take care not to cut the supply lines while digging. The hedge line was running across about a 4ft diameter palmetto bush which we agreed may be an additional charge for digging out depending on the amount of time it took. They finished the job in under 3 hours. Everyone on the crew was polite and professional. The work done was very good including cleanup and removal of the removed sod. Bill brought a drawing of the front of house refresh we talked about. He sat with my wife and I and chatted about that for about 10-15 minutes before he left. He will be providing an itemized quotation for the work this week. I would certainly recommend NCG to my friends and neighbors.

It has been over thirty days since we hired NCG Landscape & Lawn Maintenance to install new sod on the front yard and sidewalk common area of our home. I decided to wait this long to write this review to see how the new sod would settle and appear after being in place for over a month. Well I must say our new lawn looks exceptionally beautiful. Bill Kass, the owner of NCG, did everything he promised including providing excellent detail instructions on how we should maintain the new lawn for the first two weeks and thereafter. Bill and his crew came out a day before the scheduled date to remove the old grass, weeds, and treat the lawn accordingly. The sod pallets were delivered timely and after seven days as scheduled the crew returned and installed the new sod. Bill Kass is a man of his word. NCG does excellent work and I would certainly hire the company again as well as recommend to others.

We sent NCG a message on Angie's List asking for someone to stop by and provide a quote. Bill Kass, owner, asked that I give him a call to set up an appointment. We gave him a call, told him what we were looking for, and he met us at the house within 20 minutes to take a look at things. Bill provided great recommendations on what needed to be done and even suggested against removing limbs and other work that would've made the job pricier. He brought his team the next day and knocked everything out while we were away at an event. Bill came back by the house later in the evening to go over the job and pick up payment. He again demonstrated extraordinary integrity when I asked him about removing a stump. Instead of simply stating what it would cost, he told me that I could probably find someone in the area that could take care of it for half the price due to the equipment that would be needed. Bill and his team did a great job and I'd highly recommend them to anyone that needs some landscaping done.

Bill was prompt, upfront from first contact to after the job was finished. Answering all questions and asking some of his to deliver exactly what we needed.

I called NCG Landscape & Lawn Maintenance on 20 Mar 2015 and requested a free quote. Bill Kass,owner, contacted me right away and set-up a meeting for morning of 21 Mar 2015. Bill came out and gave us a quote which we accepted. By 10am that morning the company had started the clean-up. The yard was a mess, approx. 2 years accumulation of leaves and debris. It took about 5 hours to blow, rake and mulch everything into shape. Thomas, employee of Company never stopped until the job was finished. Wonderful person. I would use NCG Landscape again in the future. We are now proud of our lawn!

The fact that a company would meet with me on a weekend day (Saturday) and then perform the work the following day (Sunday) was remarkable. I work long weekday hours so weekends are the only time I'm home long enough when this service could be perform. Thomas and one other crew member labored w/cleaing up my entire large back yard of limbs, small branches, twigs, and other assorted junk. Then they mowed the back yard and trim/edge all the areas as needed. During this whole process they kept their promise not to kill 2 very small budding growing plants. Then they tackled the front where most of the leaves were. Thomas trimed 3 very large overgrown hedges and then both began the back breaking labor intensive leave pick up. The front yard was then mowed. It took these 2 men about 2.5 hours to deliver a decent front and back yard. I know they worked very hard and the work was most appreciated. The crew was able to start four days early and finish two days ahead of schedule! Considering how overgrown it was, not an easy task The area around the townhouse looks double the size. The shrubs and trees look great, and the new plantings are the clean fresh look I wanted. The cleanup left everything perfect, not a twig out of place.

We had called another company for an estimate and they never even called back. We called Bill and he was at our home to give us an estimate within an hour!!! We contracted with him for the work and he said he would be at our home a few days later at 8:00 am, and he and his crew arrived promptly. He came when he said would, did the work when he said he would, and did an exceptional job. He was happy to accomodate our particular needs and requests. We are very happy with him and his crew and his work. We highly recommend his company.

Bill was very communicative prior to the appointment and project went smoothly. No complaints on my end. I found the fee very fair when compared to other quotes I secured from local landscaping providers.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a very good experience. They showed up every two weeks as instructed, but they did very little in terms of removing weeds and didn't really seem to understand what I had asked of them. Furthermore, their weed treatment killed a few bushes which I now need to replace.

I orginally purchased a deal for curb appeal. Bill Kass was very quick to respond to my purchase and arranged to meet a couple of days later. Bill informed me that the deal was not going to cover all that I wanted which was okay with me. I asked him for ideas and he made some suggestions. I told him about a problem I have been having for years with water backing up onto my back patio and along the house. He suggested a drain to help with that. A couple of days later I got the estimate for the cost and a list of plants. After some thought I agreed. Now, I had no idea what it was going to look like but I liked what Bill had picked out. Today they came out and did the work. I am so pleased with the results my yard looks beautiful now. The crew was outstanding and worked without a break till it was done. All of the guys were very proud of their work and it shows. Bill was there the entire time which was good in case I had any questions. I can't begin to tell you how glad I am that I hired NCG landscaping. Not only did everything look good they also did a great job of cleaning up and one of the guys edged around my yard. Wasnt expecting that. So Bill, guys thank you again! Also not long after they left one of my neighbors remarked how beautiful the landscaping was and asked for their name, gladly gave it.

The service turned out good. There weren't any extra charges after they came. We had to delay the scheduling. They were willing to do what we asked them to do, and they worked from the time they arrived, until the time was up, in terms of the time we had purchased with them. They worked hard, they did not take a break.

Bill Kass is a highly professional, dedicated and conscientious provider that cares about his customers and his work. Services for my home included weekly yard maintenance, exterior lighting, shrubbery removal and maintenance, driveway repair due to tree root damage and other unique and varied services pertaining to yard maintenance. I was extremely impressed within his candor and guidance. I asked him to bid on a project that would eliminate the drainage problem in my back yard and he came back to me and said that he could not fix the problem without a tremendous expense on my part and he could not guarantee the outcome. I highly recommend his work to anyone. He is a quality individual who I have the upmost respect and confidence in.

All appointments and dates were kept and it looks great. Prompt and frequent communication. The experience was great and the results were too!

Bill came on time Saturday and provided a quote for the work above. He said he could probably start Wednesday but then later said he had someone available the following day on Sunday. He and a colleague came promptly at 8 am on Sunday and started to work. He was completely done by 11:30 am having cut all the trees and even more than what we agreed upon. He also pruned an extra tree for no extra charge. He cleaned up everything and took away all the debris. He was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. He and his colleague did not take a break and worked straight for three and a half hours. While he may be a little more costly, he was worth the price because he went the extra mile so I would definitely hire him again and strongly recommend him.

They did an amazing job! The guys came on the weekend and completely tore up and removed all existing vegetation in our front yard. All that was left was dirt. A few days later they came and laid the Argentine variety of Bahia sod over the ~ 3000 ft. yard. I was skeptical about sod, having previously seen some poor installations. When they first laid the sod, it had 1-2" gaps, but I was assured these would grow in. Sure enough, the sod grew in very well and all gaps were filled, creating a seamless, beautiful lawn over the course of a few months. We watered it every day for about a month, and then only every three days for a couple more months. We waited to mow it for about 2 months, until we couldn't lift it at all when we tugged on the grass (as instructed.) By the time the summer rains came, we stopped watering altogether, and the grass grew in very strong and lush. This was nine months ago, and just last week the mail lady told us we had "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LAWN" she'd seen this time of year anywhere. We have to admit, it looks amazing!!! They did a phenomenal job, and with a little extra care from us over the year, we finally have a beautiful lawn for the first time in our lives :-) Thanks NGC!!!

I bought a prepaid voucher but was told it would cost more to do the job. They did a good job of removing the tree and cleaning up the branches. I did not expect to pay more than the voucher.
