NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance

Was polite, punctual, and professional. Morne even made good when a supplier put the wrong mulch in the bags he got. Great guy. Very personable and responsible.

I don't use them on a regular basis. The plants are still in. I was satisfied with them.

Mr. Brittnell came promptly for the estimate. He worked with us with our suggestions for plants and made sure that they were appropriate for the area with his experts. He was very friendly and worked with our time line and the delays caused by our HOA approval. He had his sprinkler guy come in and check if the irrigation was sufficient for the new plants for a fee. His workers were courteous and all the work was done within the time frame discussed. In addition they also cleaned up my palms and put in a stick to keep my orange tree up right. We are very pleased with the results and would hire him again for any future work for sure and highly recommend them.

We needed our yard cleaned up (like really cleaned up!) as well as a maintenance service. Morne with NCG was very responsive and so helpful. I'm definitely looking forward to working with them more going forward.

Amazing, excellent! Morne answered my initial inquiry within 30 minutes, even late on the weekend. He was wonderful to work with and his crew were efficient and nice. Our yard has never looked so good! We appreciate all that he did and he did it quickly and professionally. He also pressure washed our driveway. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed!

Having waited for over 5 months for the Meritage to correct an issue with our new home, we gave up and hired NCG. Morne arrived a few days prior to the actual service to come and plot the areas that were to be redone. He and his crew were extremely professional, capable, and have come back to fine tune the work done. I cannot express how grateful and happy we are to have found him. This is our second major project we did with NCG. Both time they did an amazing job. The owner Morne is always on top of everything, making sure everything is done correctly and exactly how we like it. He is always willing to answer questions and takes the time to explain things. He takes pride in the plants he selects for your property, making sure they are in excellent condition, the right size and right plant for that area. We can’t say enough great things about NCG, it’s owner Morne and his crew.

Morne and his team have done an excellent job. I. Bought a new home and the yard had been neglected - excellent job of meeting all my requests to trim, remove and landscape. Made great suggestions on plants. Lawn maintenance is just several weeks old but already had several neighbors comment on how much better it looks.

Morne and I discussed ideas, steps, timetable. A professional, written agreement was provided. Morne and the NCG staff arrived on time each day of the project, all worked diligently as a coordinated team, and were exceptionally polite. I needed a follow-up on a small item and Morne responded quickly. All were just wonderful to work with. Excellent work & excellent outcome!

By far the most professional service from quote to payment. I was provided written estimate, before and after photos, quick response time, invoicing and was in contact with from the start. I was in need of a company to assist with a number of projects which I could not complete myself before our family arrived for a visit. Morne and his team came on short notice and did a beautiful job on our lawn. The crew arrived when they said they would and were very courteous. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the work NCG did. We look forward to hiring them again in the future to further our landscape needs.

I found NCG on Angie's list and contacted them April 27, 2016 to make an appointment for a few weeks later. They did most of the work on May 21, with some additional work on June 3. NCG did a fantastic job. The backyard, in particular, had been very overgrown, but they pruned and trimmed everything back to my satisfaction. I was impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity. I highly recommend their work to anyone, and I will certainly engage them in the future.

Super. Morne came out to give me an estimate and worked with me to accomplish what I wanted within my budget. He came out on the first day to lay out with red flags where the irrigation was going. After it was installed, he worked with his men to install the plants. He has a flair for landscape design and the projected turned out exceeding expectations. The who project was accomplished in two days. I also want to mention his men, Josh, Joe and Steve who were very responsive when I had questions and worked very hard in 90 degree weather. I will definitely use this company for any landscaping issues I have.

Beginning with the process of getting an estimate, everything went well. Morne was very responsive and kept me informed of when he would be providing an estimate for the work. Once we agreed on the scope of work and the price, we worked on scheduling. Morne worked around my planned trip out of town so that the new sod would not be installed while I was away. As part of their work, they checked my irrigation system to ensure that there was full coverage for my yard. They made minor adjustments and repairs. Once the sod work began there was an issue with a Comcast cable that was cut due to the fact that it was not buried properly. This issue became problematic because Comcast was not very responsive. Morne tried to phase his work to allow Comcast to come out and repair/bury their cable, but that did not work as originally planned. Morne and his staff went above and beyond what was expected to work around this issue. They came back 2 different times to finish the job due to Comcast's delays in doing their work. Throughout the installation process, Morne gave me updates on the progress of the work. NCG staff assisted with setting my irrigation timer and they provided detailed instructions on how much watering was needed for the new sod. NCG did an excellent job on installing the sod and now it is up to me to maintain it.

Their service is excellent. Our yard looks amazing and we cannot be more pleased. The lawn is cut and edged like a park, the shrubs are trimmed and when asked - they trimmed our bougainvillea. They treat our property as if it was their own. We are extremely impressed with the response time when an email is sent. They also emailed us when the weather was bad and said they couldn't do the full service due to the rain. We couldn't tell the difference - it still looked great. Our last provider wouldn't email or call us back....only when we cancelled the service did we finally hear from him. I would highly recommend NCG to anyone who is looking for weekly service.

Arrived on time - trimmed everything I asked I asked for - removed all weeds in beds- laid out mulch I had on hand -cleaned up all debris . Great team .I have used them several times and will in the future. Great job !!!!!!

Morne did extra work for us, dirt removal, and added left over gravel to the front planting area. he also planted some palms. All this was not in the agreement and would had done it without extra charge. He extended the gravel area along the side of the house so it would look better. We were leaving town so he rearranged his schedule so he could get the work done. He recommended someone to work on our sprinkler system and he came that day and got it started. We were very pleased with Morne and his crew. We plan on using him again as we extend our yard toward the lake.

They went well beyond what we asked for. Extremely detailed in approach and execution of work. Great value for money. I'd use them again
