Overall roof replacement went ok. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The problem came when we found that they did not fix the leak that we had in the garage (which they were made aware of when they replaced the roof) and called them to come correct the problem. We called every week from Oct 2016-Feb 2017 to get them to come do the repair work. The phone number is answered by an answering service. I finally tricked the sales person into coming out to look at the roof by implying that we needed a new roof. When he came out, he was not dressed as a professional. He took some pictures of the roof where the leak was and the garage wall that needed to be fixed and said that he would get back to us within a couple days. We are now 8 months after we started contacting them and have still not heard another word. I would not recommend them as they obviously do not stand behind their work. We have since had to hire another contractor to fix the leak and were told that the flashing was not done properly in the area.

Very Very Bad. Took them 7 months to complete. They left tarps on my house for 3 months causing tarps to become warped and July storms to enter my home. Water damage in 2 bedrooms, bathroom, garage and porch. Shabby drywall repair work, hardly replaced any insulation, roof looks so terrible!!! they don't return phone calls, which to me means if your not happy with roof from beginning how will they be reliable for warranty they claim to have. shingles stick up it looks very bad. they left a large dumpster taking up my whole driveway for 2 months and I had to replace several tires due to nails all over yard and driveway. I picked up hundreds of nasty cigarettes out of my yard. they left gutters hanging off my house for 3 months just swinging in the wind. the contract you sign gives them Assignment of Benefits, giving them all rights to your claim. Left me with unable to take care of anything thru insurance company. they also attempted taking my insurance company to mediation without letting me know. very unprofessional, Mr Tim Cox will not return your calls. You have to call everyday. they try to get all they can from your insurance company. PLEASE, BUYER BEWARE IF YOU CHARISH YOUR HOME AND IS YOUR BIGGEST INVESTMENT. I wish this review was here prior to me signing
