Richard was great. He was thorough and very pleasant when doing the inspection. I am buying the home from my coworker so we were both there and he talked with my friend about a few small things. I will definitely recommend!

Richard really went the extra mile to help me by taking my calls and sending photos from the attic when I had AC problems. He also spotted wood rot that Terminix missed during the WDO inspection. Very professional and super nice man.

Richard was very thorough and walked me through his findings in the home. I was told I would get the report no later than the morning after, but he told me I would probably receive it that same evening. But by 6:00pm the next night I still hadn’t received the report. I had to call to check up on it a few times, and when it arrived the wrong listing agent information was included. Since time is of the essence within the inspection period, I felt a little stressed about not getting my inspection when it was promised. Again, not a huge deal since it was only 8 or so hours beyond what I was promised. The report itself is very detailed and easy to understand!
