Mystic Granite & Marble

They told me I could return unused granite slab but then told me I couldn't later. Stated unused granite's storage would cause problems with integrity of the stone but I thought builders often use granite slabs for facades on exterior parts of buildings.

We shopped around and Mystic had an amazing selection and good prices. Really good customer service, I will use them for our bathroom remodel.

The warehouse was great. The people show you around and then let you review everything you would like for as long as you'd like without constantly bugging you. This was especially nice as we brought our 4 year old with us for this trip. He was a fan of the donuts of course that were there for customers as well. The selection is almost too much to handle, but the staff members showed us how to fill out the form to mark which material we liked and then helped us dwindle down the selection based on our price range. Once we selected our installer, they shipped the slab we purchased over to him for fabrication within a day or two.

They provided an appropriate balance of assistance with freedom to browse. It was nice to know the cost of the stone right away. We could then choose the fabricator and know clearly what cost was materials and what was labor.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My family has had a rough time of it because I am hospitalized on bed rest with a surprise third baby. Meanwhile my husband is trying to work, cook, clean, and care for our two other children and a pipe in our walls busted requiring a bathroom renovation. I have had to design the whole thing from my hospital room which made it quite a challenge. I write all this to say after many searches of many stores we came across Mystic. Maureen was overly helpful in dealing with multiple people in my absence, very tolerant and friendly with my young children traveling with daddy, assisted in finding the perfect tiles to complete the design I had come up with from afar and more! Once we decided upon a tile she ordered it promptly and it arrived a day before scheduled. The product was of superior quality. Furthermore, we were on a time crunch. Our handyman was working us in to and quot;helpand quot; us out in our situation but had to finish quickly to move to a previously scheduled job. We ran out of tiles (our fault for not getting the correct square footage) so I called Maureen. In order to save us both time and money on a second delivery charge, Maureen worked with our handyman to find tiles in the showroom that he could complete the job in time.

Sometimes they can be difficult but bottom line, they have the best stones. Their half slab program is awesome. I would recommend at least visiting. They will give you the slab price right there, no I can't tell you only your installer.

They had me fill out a form and walk around the warehouse and list the granite slabs that were of interest for my kitchen.I will say that they have a large assortment to choose from. Afterward, I went back to the front and they took the sheet and told me to wait with other people in the showroom lobby. After a short while, they came out and gave me the pricing on the slabs that I chose. The pricing seemed high just for the granite and not installation. When I returned home, I called to ask if they could suggest a fabricator and they left me on hold a long time. I just hung up and went to another company. The prices and customer service were much better at the second company. We are very happy with the final outcome from another company.

Mystic was recommended to us after our first granite company (who we actually used) wouldn't perform any follow up work on a problem. Mystic immediately communicated a battle plan, was quick and efficient in reaching us to help. They gave us a solid plan and were willing to help us despite this being an issue caused by another company and something that obviously wasn't a big $$ for them. They have me won over and I will now use them for the granite in our three bathrooms.

It was part of a renovation because I had a big leak in my kitchen. They did it for the insurance company so they didn't give us a price they just said go choose it. We paid extra but they didn't give us a price. The granite is beautiful.

We found this company to be extremely knowlegable about their products. They were very patient and helpful and able to guide us in making a good decision for us. They were very honest in their pricing, and the pricing was very competitive. They allowed us to buy exactly the right amount of granite for our home instead of making us buy extra like you usually have to. Darlene, the owner, was very professional and cares a lot about her customers.
