Repairman was advised I would possibly not be home when he was to come and he came and diagnosed the problem, advised me of he options and obtained the part on the same day and completed the repair with no delay at all. I don't get that kind of service from the company that brags about being the biggest in town.

Roger is knowledgeable and fair, they had to completely rebuild the filter for my pool and added some additional valves to the plumbing system to increase the ease of maintaining it. We had a slight mis-communication that Roger acknowledged and was willing to compromise as a result. He is a professional and a man of his word, I would recommend this business.

My pool needed a new pump motor, and either a filter repair or replacement. I had a pretty old DE filter that was pumping the DE back into the pool as quick as it could pump it out ��� It was a mess. Roger assessed the issues, we discussed the options and we agreed on the right course of action. The work was done very quickly, professionally, and the price was fair. He was there when promised, and there was never a question about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Roger and his team.
