+ -1 moreNOt good. I could have done what they did; cut & paste pictures from the web for review. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they were not able to help. When I asked to talk about wall colors I was told that would cost me another $150 in addition to the $450 I had already paid them (for the web pictures). When I told them I was disatisfied with their services, they started back-peddling and saying it would not be an additional $150. I question really their knowledge and was put off by how she answered my concerns. It appeared that as long as I liked whatever they gave me, it would be ok. But if it wasn't what I wanted then that was a different story. They take a while to get back to you also. I think there are design services that are better organized and have better customer service. Their company is amateur.
Description of Work: They sent me pictures via e-mail of furniture, carpets, window treatments. I wanted to do some re-designing in my house and needed direction.

+ 0 moreOverall, it went very well. They installed a cabinets to match the countertops. They were on time and they professional and they called me back quickly when I called to make appointment.
Description of Work: They installed a kitchen cabinet and granite countertops.
