Marcelo was very responsive and was quick to complete special projects required on the pool (salt system, heat pump, lights and automation). He also does a very good job on the weekly servicing.

Just started servicing my pool, but very nice and professional so far.

Marcelo was great. He contacted me immediately, arranged an appointment rapidly and was very punctual. He offered solutions and completed the work as asked. We'll continue to use Marcelo for our ongoing service.

He said that my chemicals were way off so he would have to drain and refill the pool. I was fine with that. The problem was he put a sump pump in my pool and it left rust marks on the pool. He did not appear to try to fix it before he started filling the pool back up. Since I was traveling for work at this time I did not see it. When I returned, he had the skimmer turned off, so the top of the pool was filthy. There was also a leak near the pump as well. This meant that the pool was very low upon my return. I originally asked him to come out to fix the return jets in the bottom of the pool since they were not circulating. He only fixed half of them.

Marcel was terrific. Solved the immediate issue, performed a monthly service while he was here. Hired him for ongoing regular service.

He contacted straight away after initial inquiry, visited the house and described the service he was offering. They have done that and the pool looks great. They also send reports and photos on a weekly basis. So far so very good!
