Mitsu finish carpentry Specialized Crown molding

Mitsu responded within a short period to schedule visit and estimate, date for install scheduled approx 30 days out which worked out well. He was responsive, on time, on schedule and did a wonderful job. Thank you!

Excellent! Mitsu is amazing! I initially contacted him both by phone and by e-mail. He responded promptly by e-mail (After seeing him work at my home, I'm sure this is the preferred method of contact as he is completely focused on doing the install when he is on the job.) He was able to give me a quote over the phone after I answered some basic questions. He gave me options to schedule the install, and was flexible enough to come on a weekend, since I work during the week. He arrived promptly on the days he was scheduled and worked very efficiently - painting and installing approximately 300 linear feet of molding by himself over a weekend. When we didn't need to use as much molding as originally thought, he adjusted the price without my even asking about it. The quality of his work is wonderful, and the price was very fair. We will be having him return to do a few more rooms later! I highly recommend Mitsu!

Per his instructions I texted all my information and my home and cell number, address, email and rooms I wanted crown molding. He never returned my text or contacted me in any way. I followed up two days later and texted again. Never heard from him. I noticed another review that said the same thing so I purposely texted per the instructions he left. Extremely unprofessional no mtter how busy one is. With this type of response that will not be the case for long.

Mitsu did a fantastic job! The joints are flawless. I had provided the molding and he was scheduled to do three rooms but offered to do another room since I had extra molding. He caulks it, primes it and paints it with two coats. The pride he takes in his works shows and the end result is stunning. We will definitely be using him again.

They're absolutely great and they're coming back out to do more work for me. They are courteous, prompt, they get right to point, got the job done, cleaned up afterward and very meticulous.

I made an appointment with him, but he did not keep the appointment nor did he call to cancel it or reschedule.

Mitsu is a magician is all I can say. He goes about the work in a professional manner. He installed all of the crown molding and painted everything twice. We have had the same work done in other homes but they could not compare with Mitsu's work.

Very difficult to contact. After 2 phone messages and an email I was finally contacted via email 1½ weeks later. I left another phone message and email trying to set up a time for an estimate. I was sent another email, but never received a phone call. Their work may be very good, but I don?t like to have to chase someone for an estimate. My theory is if it?s difficult to contact a contractor before work is performed, what about after the job is complete an they?ve been paid?

He came out to do the estimate. We ran a few ideas back and forth. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the design.

Mitsu is A+ in all aspects. He arrived on time on our agreed day. He set up shop and went to town! The finished product has exceeded all expectation. My wife's first comment to me was "now we have to have him finish the house!" He expertly installed crown in 3 rooms. The living area is 14x31 and I cannot see where he butted the 12' sections of crown together at all. The corners are perfect. He even paints and caulks everything. He also did our master bedroom (12x20) and our master bath. We will have him come back to finish the rest of the house soon!!

Mitsu's work was fabulous. The crown came out beautiful. He was very responsive to my inquiries and very professional. I would highly recommend him and we will hire him again as we continue to work on our renovation.

The problem with Mistu is that he is so good you get addicted to his work and you want to keep adding more. We originally hired him just for crown, but he did such an excellent job we kept adding more and more to the list. The next you know our house looks like a model home. Mitsu does a complete and full job - Measures about 8 times before each cut, installs, fills in all holes, paints everything with two coats of paint, cleans up everything. Every single person that has seen our house cannot believe how amazing all the finishing detail looks. I recomend him to everyone I know. He is very busy and will usually not be able to come the next week. I scheduled him about 4 weeks out and he arrived on time and ready to work. Make sure you text him for a quicker response.

Mitsu was great. I once received good advice to have crown molding done only by someone who does it everyday. That is Mitsu. Contacting him is a little tough as he communicates mostly through texts. But he does get back with you. He came right out and gave me a fair estimate for the work. We waited about two months to schedule the work (our delay not his). He completed this very large job in two days all by himself. His price include materials, labor, painting, filling nail holes and caulking. He is quiet, works all day and gets the job done. The work looks beautiful. Try as I may I cannot find a nail hole in the trim. He really does a great job.

We used Angie's List to find a crown mold installer. We contacted Mitsu after reviewing the pictures on Angie's List. He called the next morning to determine our needs and scheduled a meeting to provide an estimate. He arrived as scheduled and we felt the estimate was very reasonable based on the another estimate we had received. We settled on an approximate date for installation. Mitsu contacted us to firm up the installation date. He requested that we remove anything that was breakable from surfaces before he would arrive. He also said that he would move any furniture that was necessary, or cover them with protection from dropped caulk or dripping paint. He was delayed by a traffic accident but called to let us know the situation and his expected time of arrival. Since rain was predicted, we made the garage available for his work room. Each piece of the ceiling was measured, and written on the wall along with the angle for each cut. He then recorded all of the measurements and angles, reviewing twice. Then he cut all of the pieces which had already been painted. We helped him move furniture or covered the larger stuff to prevent caulk or paint damage . In one day he (by himself) installed all of the crown with a precision on joints that I did not think possible. He also seemed to enjoy conversation when we walked in to see the progress. On day two, He proceeded to caulk top and bottom, and then finish up with a final coat of paint. He assisted in moving furniture back and helped with clean-up. I admired his skill and professionalism as well as the occasional conversations. I have already recommended his work to neighbors who have requested business cards.

Mitsu did a fantastic job for us. Our formal dining room and living room have a stunning formal look with Mitsu's panel moldings and chair-rail. His work is top-shelf and I have received numerous compliments on his moldings. His English is not perfect - so communications with him require a little patience - but it's definitely worth the extra effort. He works fast and the finished product is superb!! We highly recommend him for any molding project!

Mitsu was fantastic. Work is just beautiful, I went up several times while he was working to see progress. At the end of the job, I could not find a single seam, and it looks beautiful. It took about 4 hours longer than he estimated, but that was due to the rain slowing him down. He was great.

Mitsu was prompt in coming to give us an estimate and extremely professional in estimate and work . He was prompt , even calling to see if he could come earlier than expected, neat and pleasant during our installation. If we need anything in his line of work in the future he will be our "go to" guy!

I found this contractor on Craigs List, he came to my house, gave me a written estimate. He showed up on a Monday morning, removed by old baseboards, installed new baseboards and new crown moulding the first day. Came back on Tuesday morning, caulded basedboards and crown moulding. He then painted both. The work far exceeded my expectations. He did a great job. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Mitsu was very responsive to our intial inquiry for an estimate. His prices are very competitive and the pictures of his work that I viewed appeared to exhibit a very high quality level. We ultimately decided to go with another contractor who was able to perform a wider range of services that we required (Electrical, Plumbing, etc); however, if we were to just be instralling crown moulding there would be no choice but Mitsu!

It was GREAT! Mitsu was professional, hard working, on time, and did a quality job. A next door neighbor came over to admire the work done and he could not find a seam. I would definitely recommend Mitsu to anyone and will hire him back to do additional work on our home.
