Mike was excellent all around. He showed up on time and was very communicative about the process and his findings. He returned both my 4 Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation the same day and was available to chat the same day and days after. He was very patient in answering my many questions in the days after. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
