First of all, I am sorry you have this experience, you brought me 4 problems, they involve taking your computer in parts, scanning it for viruses, installation of new drivers, check the hard drive for errors, and more… for sure it took me longer than any other computer problem I had to do, and I did not charged you extra for that, even when my website have a $99.99 total care service which is for people like you having mix of hardware problems and software problems; since the first day, I told you it will take time and you told me NO RUSH ON IT. You wrote that I did your computer while doing other computers too, so you expect that for $50 I will work a whole week just on your computer, really?, that is the way that we work (IT Technicians) we work on different computers at the same time because every process we ran on a computer takes time and most of the time we just have to wait until it finish to run the next test or repair, that’s why BestBuy keeps the computers for 15 days and charge you a lot of money for that, I work like that for the last 20 years and as you mentioned I have a lot of good reviews everywhere, to be honest with you, this is my first negative review in my whole life. Again, you mentioned that I did not communicated with you at all, you told me no rush on it, I told you I will call you when I finish it, why I have to call you letting you know the progress?, not even BestBuy does that. You wrote that you were too small for me, I was doing a $6,000 project (3 days) and I took your computer to fix it even when I could tell you I don’t want to deal with it based on the amount of problems I had to cover for only $50. I am the owner of my business and I am the one that choose the time to work, I am open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm, but if I need to change that time like during this 2 months I communicate that to my clients like I did to you ON THE PHONE SINCE THE FIRST CALL, I TOLD YOU I WILL OPEN FROM 9AM TO 5PM, right?. You also mentioned that I did not fix anything you asked me to, I don’t understand why you said that, the only thing you said is not fixed is the hibernation problem which never happened in here, but I clearly told you if whatever happen to the computer you can call me, but you decided to write this awesome review, thank you for that, I told you for free how to set up your router to fix the IP issues you also were having, clearly if the event viewer keeps telling you the IP conflict is still there, is because you did not changed it properly. About me talking on the phone, I receive lots of calls from clients like you, asking me for location, hours, or just telling me their computer problem over the phone, sometimes I also help them over the phone, also if I have a personal call I am the one that decide if I take it or not, not you, that never had interfere with my work, I am sorry that I can multitask, I still don’t know why you kept telling in the report you did that I charged you for doing nothing, I covered all the points you brought here but the hibernation that never happened in here, I also told you if anything happens to your computer you can always bring it back. I also noticed that you gave a C to my $50 labor price, really?, you think I should work for free?. Again, thank you for your time writing this report, you could expend it in here looking for a solution.
