+ -1 moreSlow insulation, mismatched system, poor performance of system. It is now costing me a small fortune to cool my home. Mike says the system is correctly installed and working within specs, BS.
Description of Work: Replaced a smaller system with a larger tonnage system. Replaced the ducts, they said they were to dirty to be cleaned.

Description of Work: My A/C compressor was dead. Temperatures were in the high 80s. House was like an oven! Mike fixed me up with a used heat pump condenser in very good condition and did a great job installing it at short notice for such a fantastic price.

+ -1 moreLIKE I SAID, HE TOOK OUT THE COIL AND INSPECTED IT. I WORKED WITH HIM BEFORE THAT IS WHY I CALLED HIM. THEY ARE RESPECTABLE PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY HAVE A VERY REASONABLE PRICE RANGE.
Description of Work: THE COIL ON THE AIR CONDITIONER NEEDED TO BE TAKEN OUT, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED.

+ -1 moreCalled to find out where we could find the filters in mass (by the box). They came over, and at no charge gave us a box of filters, and told us where we can purchase the filters in bulk. They did not charge me anything.
Description of Work: Couldn't locate a/c filters for the a/c unit that went with the a/c. Replacement of filter.
