Contacted them about doing gutters on my home. A estimator came out measured. We had a barrier. He spoke no English. He Gave me a estimate. I scheduled the job. After I got my new siding. I called them to do the work. 2 days before the work was start. Another guy stops by. He says we can not do your job. After the estimator, had already looked at the house. Told about a company AF aluminum that would do it. After 2 more weeks still communication. Found local contractor to do the work.

We didn't do the work for the client because his house was a container-style mobile home and the gutter he needed for the type of roof he had we didn't work, we were sincere in not taking the work, we gave all the support and communication necessary, we went at his house 3 times which was 1 hour and 20 minutes from the office without charging any visit and we indicated a company to meet his needs. We had spent and wasted time trying to make the customer happy, which is the most important thing for us, but unfortunately it was not possible. sorry

They called right away for an estimate they came out a day later gave me the price and we scheduled it within a week and those guys were awesome just worked from start to finish and did a nice job really happy
