Worst A/C company in the area. Service Manager has no clue what she is doing. Very unprofessional very expensive and they only give 30 days warranty on their work after a repair they do is complete. That is wrong buissness practice. Pulte the builder uses them because the work for less until the house is build. Do not calm them you will be sorry

We bought the home from original owner in September of 2015. The Lennox A/C unit had the evaporator coil replaced in August of 2015 prior to our purchase. A/C unit wasn't working in Feb of 2016 and called maximum as they had installed and serviced unit. Paid $304 t replace freon and replace piston. Unit failed again in September of 2016 and they came out. Paid $219 for freon and was told it needs a new coil. Was advised Lennox has issues with these coils. I was told manager would call me to help get coil replaced and Lennox to pay for it. Never received a call. I called two weeks later and was told John was looking into it. Waited another week and called again. Spoke with John and he said nothing they can do. I tried calling Lennox and they never responded and still haven't. Called Maximum again to see if they could help with Lennox and John again advised nothing they can do to help. Terrible customer service and support.

We had a technician out of the last day of our warranty, and a part had to be replaced. A week and a half later the same unit wasn't blowing cold air, which in July in Florida in an emergency situation. This was on July 3rd and a technician was able to come on July 4th to fix it. He confirmed that it wasn't working due to something the first technician did wrong, but since it was a holiday I had to pay a $99 service call fee, even though they only had to come out due to the fault of one of their own technicians. Being July 4th or not made no difference to me, I couldn't use the second floor of my house which meant that my one year old couldn't sleep in his bed. The following day I called the office to ask about getting that refunded and I was told that they would check with the owner and call me back. Four days later I left for vacation still not having heard back, so I called them again when I got home. The owner was unwilling to waive the fee, which I really found appalling. It is beyond me that I had to pay $99 for them to fix something that they broke in the first place. I would think that a company would stand behind the work they do, but that was not the case.

It all was a nightmare with these people.
Description of Work: They tried to fix my a/c unit. 2 days later it leaked gas again. Had to wait in a hot house for 2 days for them to come back. Finally fixed it. Came within 2 months to do a checkup. The guy put a nipple on a pipe outside where condensation was supposed to be released. Water backs up and shuts off unit. Wouldn't come over the weekend while we burned up from hot house again. I don't want these guys anywhere near my house again.
